The location is strategic near MRT Bukit Bintang (Alor exit) or LRT Bukit Bintang. There is no lift but it is okay. The staff are very helpful and they will help you carry luggage to your room. The room is clean, the air conditioner is good and cool. The water heater is working.They provided 2 clean towels and the towels looked new to me. 2 bottles of water and two soaps.

You can leave your luggage if you want to go sightseeing after check out time. Tip, ask for a room without windows, if you are the type of person who wakes up easily because Alor street are quite noisy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. For me this place is good and I will definitely stay here again...

The location is very strategic, alor street is just right at the corner. We’re not really happy is because of the room condition. Cockroaches are all over the places and it makes me feel very uncomfortable and unhygienic. Even in the toilet, there’s a lot of cockroaches too. Other than that, the celling of the room is somehow dripping and the condition of the celling is really bad too. Staffs were very friendly but we just don’t like the room conditions itself, we even checkout 2 hours later once we check in because my partner and I really felt that it was really too...
