KFC Viva Jalan Ipoh — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I just had the worst experience today at the Jalan Ipoh KFC near jalan kasipillay. I was with with my mom trying to order but out of mistake we went to the wrong counter at first i didnt want to disturb the stuff as they look busy so i waited until hoping they would great me to take my order instead of taking our order first they took the customer who came in later first instead of us. The cashier noticed us gave us a long look and just look away at least if were in the wrong counter inform us at the least. I was too frustrated and i didnt manage to get the lady name. It was an indian lady with spectacles and she's quick tall. This is not my first time here and i come here quite often but after today i will not be coming here again. It was so embarassing 😖 in fact im a easy going person but this is too much and this is not the first time she's been rude to me well actually its only twice but the first time it was a busy period so i didnt bother cause i myself used to work in a Hotel as guest service officer so i understand but today its not even busy at all and your staff couldn't even provide...

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Me and my husband decided to get some dinner here just a couple of days ago, I ordered a chicken sandwich and some fries. And got a bucket of chicken. Ive now been sick for the past two days with THE WORST FOOD POISONING OF MY LIFE. Not only that but 84 ringgit for a couple of pieces of chicken, a sandwich and fries??? Insane. I don’t know about other kfc locations, but you’re better off ordering from texas chicken anyway....

Somehow compared to the chicken here and another outlet around the corner at Sentul Boulevard, here the chicken seems to always be on diet and kinda overcooked. Even when there's less crowd, you gotta wait. Choices of parts are frequently unavailable. Therefore, I've not frequented this place for awhile now. But then, it's...
