Honesty is more important than cover up... We went to this restaurant around 1am on 28/1/24. The order were taken quickly but the food took some time to arrive. My in law ordered nasi lemak kambing and after some time the owner returned to tell the kambing had finished so we opted for nasi lemak biasa. We asked just for the kambing gravy if they have and he brought the gravy with some bones which is just bone that we never asked for. Yeah. Very kind of him we thought. Our orders were;
Tandoori chicken: RM10 Nasi lemak biasa: RM5 Roti canai: RM2 Horlicks panas: RM4 Milo ais: RM3:50 Limau panas: RM2 2 hot water and 1 ais kosong: RM1:50 Onion naan: RM?:?? (All the price written in the menu except for onion naan which wasn't clear)
Total bill was RM36:50
I thought onion naan could never be RM8:50 and checked with the owner for which he said the naan price has increased and it's now RM5:50 which doesn't make sense for an onion naan. But ok la. But there is still different of RM3 of total bill. When I still try to figure out the bill the owner come up with his own formula...
Bro, the kambing gravy u asked there is a few bones which I should charge u RM5. Ji... We asked you only for the gravy. Then he said outside food is not allowed and I close my eyes. Ji, shawarma je pun and we ordered drinks and other foods in your place. He tried to show outside food is not allowed signage which I couldn't barely see. He said some where near the drinks counter. Btw bro, alpa rm5 or 6 is not your range Ji. Anyway good business model Ji. The moments looks like goundamani senthil banana comedy.
Humble request, please be honest. Come up with clear pricing on the menu. Provide receipt. Janganlah pakai calculator handphone which I saw what u did. Even you won't be happy if I have a restaurant and do the same thing to you. Have a good day Ji. Tandas mau bersih sikit ya Ji. Jangan marah ya Ji. I'm used to check bills wherever I go. Truth sometimes bitter. All the best and good luck in...
Read moreOrdered maggi goreng ayam for my friend however she found that there was a weird taste/smell but it was so spicy. (Mind you I have eaten so many times in this shop but never once the maggi was spicy and we did not request for spicy maggi too). So we called a staff and inform them to change the dish to Nasi goreng ayam, at that point my friend was already so hungry and moody that the food turned out bad. The staff then proceeds to take the food to kitchen. Then the owner of this shop (a tall man with beard) came up to us and started to bombard us with questions like “what’s wrong? What’s not nice in this food?” I’m a impatient way. We told him what happened in a polite manner and he did not acknowledge us or even say sorry, yet he said “this is how it is, I will alter it for you a little”. However, as a customer request to change the dish was not even considered and it was rude of him to do so! Hope they can improve their service or accept feedback/constructive...
Read moreCame here to have lunch with my family and relatives from ipoh, I personally suggested this place from what social media after seeing the good reviews and food video.
It was 5 of us with one toddler, we had banana leaf lunch so we ordered together with some side dishes like Chic varuval, chic black pepper, poodi fried fish 2 set, soraa pottu, bendi and chips, the leaf and rice was served first and I have to wait for the side item almost 15minutes, so I decided to go and choose my sides and ask them to send.
Rice was not hot and the gravy too, everything was tasteless except the mango chutney and the chic 65.
My message to the Owner, kindly please look into the quality of food and the serving, no point we create the hype at social media and on the real life its not up to our expectation.
I paid RM 149.00 and it was on father's day..
Please improve the food quality service and pricing in order to sustain longer in this industry...if you ask me I will not come...
