AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. Red flag #1.

When we got to our room, things went downhill real quickly. I don't mind if the room is dated, but this place looked like a drug den. Tacky faux leather sofa, stained bedsheets, grimy carpet, loose tiles in bathroom, cockroaches everywhere! And there was no chain lock on the door. Dodgy! We kept all our bags zipped up tight the whole time we were there in case creepy crawlies slithered into our stuff. Thank goodness it was just for one night, and the only plus point is the location, so we spent much time as we could in shopping malls rather than being in the room! Still, sleeping in the creaky, lumpy bed made us itch. We made sure to have a good scrub as soon as we got home! A fine lesson learned in going for supposedly cheap deals that are too...

This is literally the booking experience i had ever. We booked a room at least 1month ago and the hotel confirmed our reservation. But when we’ve arrived the manager told us, that they are fully booked. But they didnt even cancel our booking. We only found out when we were at the lobby trying to check in and in the end we were forced to book elsewhere last minute and this was on a peak period(holiday). This is by far the worst experience i had.

Obviously, they do this overbooking tactic and tries to scam their customers to sell an even higher rate. They claim to cancel our booking but there was no notification and on agoda, it was clearly still confirmed.

Then, at the end, he tried to show us 1 room that looks like a prison and tried to sell us at 600 RINGGIT for 1 night. What a nightmare! Unbelievable that it's still on agoda. If this review doesn't convince u not to book here, then please go for it and good luck to you. As a tourist, this was a one hell of an experience and left a really bad impression...

Hello, we would like to report the hotel that we just stay at, called KL better Apartments. We cancelled the booking and left early after 2 nights because the entire apartment was infested with cockroaches, most surfaces were covered in visible filth, the bathroom smelt strongly of urine, and most surfaces were covered in stains and or broken. When we arrived, a man brought us to a room that was substantially smaller than the one we had booked and paid for, upon request we got transferred the next day to the room that was of similar size to the one we paid for, however it was not the same room in the pictures. We have been travelling in south-east Asia for three months and have stayed in many places and this was by far the worst...
