KL Service Suite at Times Square — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

This place is absolutely a fraud scheme. The suites at KL Service Suites are managed by agents that has nothing to do Berjaya Times Square. The rooms are run down as attached in the picture. The staff are untrained and borderline criminal minded, with zero regards to customer service.

Since these are not managed by Berjaya Times Square, you won't get any support from them and have to deal with unruly staff of the agents.

I booked through Agoda and paid in full before checking in, I only got partial return offered by Agoda as I had to leave just after one night due to the condition of the room. They allowed me to stay in another suite for the night but that room had toilet leaking. The whole place sticks of old carpets as well.

Overall a poor experience. Check in is confusing as a casually dressed stranger approaches you in an empty lobby. Then escorts you to the room but provides little information on how anything works like TV and hot water. There are no written instructions. Its an apartment hotel so casual but beware as Agoda and others do not maket this clear. Booked and paid extra for the bathtub but it never worked. Apparently only hot water for shower (whats the point??).

One of the “agents” also entered while i was in the shower. Very unprofessional. It is a big space, and nice views. So...

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is not a hotel and it is in very bad shape. I checkin and then checkout within 20min. The room smells of smoke. Stains everywhere. The furniture was all ripped and the curtains were stained. The manager did not want to give refund even though the policy allows for 1 night of charge and refund the rest. Agoda stepped in and got me the refund. Ran away as fast...
