I stayed at Naka 1 yr ago when it was cleaner and newer than my recent stay 1 week ago. It has since become very dirty- dirty walls inside rooms and in corridors. Sheets are old and dirty. It seems that management or the owners do no care about the hotel.||||When you book online via their website you will soon get a full on reply saying that in order to keep the booking you have to transfer money to a bank account in Hong kong. What a joke! As if Im going to spend $25 in fees transferring to a bank in HK and the scan the receipt and email them. No way... I nearly gave up and stayed in anther hotel but new that it was low season and just turned up. ||||The boss of this hotel clearly has no idea and needs to get a credit card system in place. No one will bother transferring money to a HK bank account!||||Some of the room smell of cigarette smoke which is not nice. ||||I think that if the owner spent some money on this hotel it would be better. Re paint all walls in common areas and rooms. Buy new sheets for all the rooms and employ a good cleaner. If not this hotel will only...
Read moreI just had a night stayed in this hotel during my year end trip to KL, the service of the receptionist is quite bad, which i call for booking, she seems not taking note of the booking, and luckily i called again before i arrive the hotel to "re-booking" again. ||||when i check in the room, the hotel reno looks new, but seems lack of cleaning, i can easily spot the spider web, and at the bed, the sheet is dirty as well as broken, and also some hairs found on the bed... the paint at the room wall seems dirty and crack...||||and the last thing i feel the service is bad that, during the phone call for asking the room rate and booking, i did ask about whether the breakfast is included for the booking as i saw online that the breakfast is included, and the receptionist did told me it is included, but after i check in, and when i asked the receptionist, she told me the other way saying the breakfast is only for online booking...really bad as it seems...
