Really fantastic location, short walking distance to Pavilion Mall, Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang/Lot 10/Sungei Wang malls. We were relatively comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, we were provided with extra towels when we asked and the staff were all generally very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your kindness and efforts in making our stay as nice as possible.
BUT here are my observations: The room itself (1 bedroom suite), though well kept, is not soundproofed enough. The windows should be better sealed/tempered to shut out much of the roadside noises and morning call to prayers. Yes the room on the whole is a bit tired but you do have a good product there which can be made much better. The sofas need steam cleaning, which I believe would make a big difference to the room. The pillows were much too soft. Please consider offering a pillow menu, minimally the option to have foam pillows on request. You are serviced apartments after all... I agree with many other comments regarding the breakfast area- it's much too small for the volume of guests, especially during the weekend. Moreover, your offerings are really not the best quality and I believe you can do a bit more to offer better cold cuts, better cheeses, better hot options overall. The whole experience just felt very cheap and because of the lines during the weekend (we stayed for 6 days), I missed my breakfast and had to buy outside...which defeats the purpose of paying for room + breakfast. I'm so sorry but I can't say I enjoyed your breakfast buffet- you can definitely do better there. The bathroom- please consider placing a non-slip mat because it can be very slippery. The water pressure is extremely high and I think it would be better to place a proper fixed-in shower head instead of the current hand held. You already have the hand held shower over the tub but if you're going to have a separate shower, the fixed in shower head would be much better. I had arranged and paid for airport transfer on our arrival to KL. I understand that you use a third party service, however, please make sure you review their offering because the experience we had was a completely negative one. First of all, I never received any introduction message from him- he sent but deleted it for whatever reason. I had to text that we had arrived (thankfully I did), which he acknowledged but was not waiting for us at the arrival hall. He said he was on his way, there was no indication of when he was going to arrive. He was not clear at all where he was and I had no clue what we had to do so we wasted time waiting at the arrival area until he finally clarified that we had to go to the exit door. Even then, he didn't give any clue of what the car looked like etc. There was no apology, nothing from him for wasting our time. My point is, we paid good money for this service and I don't think your transfer service deserves it. In the first place, if he hadn't messaged and deleted (which left his number in my phone), I wouldn't have known how to contact him. I gave feedback on check in at the hotel but I really hope you will do something about this. For the price we paid, this service was just terrible and I think should be refunded.
Based on my experience, I really don't want to say "you get what you pay for" because that shouldn't be the case. In the end, what we look for is value for money, which is exactly why I chose to stay here. My stay wasn't so terrible, there were many positives (kudos to your staff, you have good people there) but the overall comfort and quality is something that can be fixed. Will I stay here again? I'm not sure at...
Read moreBeing that this a 5 star hotel, it does not live up to its standards at all. Not from a service, room, decor, and definitely not from a cleanness perspective!!
We checked in around 8pm and were upgraded from our king-bed suite to a larger king bed suite. The “upgrade” wasn’t much of an “upgrade”. Unpon getting to the room, we were welcomed by the ugly interior and yellow lights. It looked nothing at ALL like the pictures posted on the booking websites (we checked a few). And when later reading other people’s reviews (which I really wish I had before booking but just booked thinking it’s a 5-star hotel with a 4.7 rating), some had noted that the pictures are for ANOTHER location, and not this place. So that was super disappointing. However, if you like yellow lights that cause migraines and brown painted wood tables, chairs and brown sofas with weird stains, this may be the place for you.
Besides the unpleasant interior, the suite was not clean at all!!! As you can see in the pictures uploaded here, there were stains on the floor around the toilet. There was hair in the bathtub and sink. And, the sheets had weird stains and long hair stuck in multiple places. Once we told the hotel staff, they had to send someone up to verify the issues and the man came in and took pictures. After showing the pictures to the night manager, they changed our room around 12am. This new room wasn’t anything better.
The new room had literal pee marks on the toilet (pic attached), the towels had weird black / yellow stains. And worst of all, there were dead bugs in the living room and ants in the kitchen (videos attached). When we reported the uncleanliness in this new room, management said they couldn’t do anything at the moment. The next day, the cleaning staff came in around 8:40am to clean since we refused to use anything until it was cleaned. It was an extremely unpleasant night after a flight!!
The staff was nice but the hotel definitely needs to change its management and renovate. Dianna (one of the managers) offered us a sorry basket which as a gesture. But upon seeking the ants and bug, this didn’t feel great. When we reported the ants and bugs, they couldn’t do anything about it but have someone come up and spray the area. We didn’t receive any other accommodations from the hotel at all. The money we paid for the two nights went down the drain (unlike the hair in the tubs and sinks). I’m still waiting for the hotel management to get back to me about our disgusting experience because at check out time no one was able to do anything. Instead, they told us we’ll be contacted via email, which I am doubting will happen.
This place was not what we expected at all. I hope your services can be improved for the next guest at least. The clean standards for a 5-star don’t even exist here!! You’ll feel like you’re staying at a budget hotel but paying the price of a nicer hotel. If you want to stay in an actual 5star hotel, just go to the Majestic hotel, it’s much nicer and best of all, it’s CLEAN. Something you won’t experience...
Read moreAbsolutely Unforgivable. Worst Experience in Kuala Lumpur.
We stayed at Park Royal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur from 10–12 June 2025, traveling from Indonesia with our 11 month old baby who needed hospital treatment. This was an important, emotional trip for our family and we made the huge mistake of trusting this place to give us even the bare minimum of comfort and care. What we got instead was a complete disaster and the most insensitive hospitality experience we've ever had.
On our last morning at 7:00 AM, I made a very specific and urgent request to the front office through room call. I needed tape sent to my room and front office staff, Raziman picked up the call who also claims to be the duty manager. I clearly ask and make sure room service dont ring the bell because my baby had just fallen asleep after a rough, sleepless night. I even hung the Do Not Disturb sign to be extra clear. All I asked was to knock gently so my daughter wouldn’t be woken up.
But what happened?
Despite the clear instructions, the room service staff rang the bell, causing my daughter to wake up crying after barely 2 hours of sleep. Do you know how devastating that is for a parent with a sick child? I opened the door angry and heartbroken, only to find out that my instructions were completely ignored the front office never passed them on.
I immediately went down to speak with the front desk and was met by Raziman. And here's what truly shocked me: he offered a cold, robotic “sorry” without even a trace of empathy. No attempt to listen. No responsibility taken. No genuine remorse for how their negligence impacted my baby’s rest or our mental state as exhausted parents.
Raziman's attitude perfectly reflected everything wrong with this place from Day 1 detached, careless, and lacking even the most basic human decency. For someone claiming to be a manager, his behavior was completely unprofessional and frankly, insulting.
This is not what I expected from a supposedly high-end serviced apartment. And if this is the kind of “service” allowed under the Four Seasons name, it’s an embarrassment.
We left feeling completely disrespected and emotionally drained not just because of the service failure, but because of how heartlessly it was handled. This wasn’t just poor service it was inhumane.
If you're a family traveling with children or frankly, if you just expect to be treated like a human being do yourself a favor and stay FAR away...
