This place had good points but I'll be honest there are many more bad points and I cannot recommend it.|Firstly the good:|It is cheap, 30 dollars a night will get you an en suite room and technically breakfast is included|It's location is great, within 5 minutes of bustling bukit bintang but still no traffic/street noise|Also Mahfuz, he was on reception during the day times we were here and he was incredibly helpful, very pleasant and deserves to be working somewhere much better.||The bad:|Our room was dark, very dark. I've uploaded a picture at 11am in the morning, you'd need lights 24 hours a day.|The room was damp, smelt of a mixture of smoke and damp and generally a very unpleasant place to be.|The bed and with multiple stains (again see pictures).|The wall sockets were sometimes a little loose and not attached to the wall. |The aircon leaked (we collected over 3 liters of water in the kettle from it) and was covered in mold (see pic) so I hate to think what we were breathing in.|The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom fittings were generally falling apart.|On the last day I found a huge cockroach in my luggage to.|The breakfast is served at a partner hotel approximately 5-10minutes walk up the street and you get the choice of slightly spicy omelette with paratha, aloo paratha (very nice but a much much for early breakfast but as I had it at 11 I didn't mind) or bread and jam.|I also got bitten over 15 times in our room by mosquitos or similar despite not seeing them anywhere else in the city, I can only assume they were happy in the stagnant damp air in there.||We did have issues with noisy guests but that can happen anywhere. I would just say that for the price I would honestly try somewhere else as the room was just too dark, damp and depressing for me. We came to hate going back at the...
Read moreI stayed in the hotel for only a couple of days and found the receptionist, "guard", and other staff awesome and polite. The hotel is located in the middle of two main roads (Jalan Pudu and Jalan Bukit Bintang) which makes all other tourist destination a few steps away. I rated the hotel two stars for the following reasons; first, i have booked a room with window and they gave me the corner room on the ground floor facing or rather beside a busy alley at the back. The only thing separating me from the alley was a glass window with grills. Second, the booking I made comes with a breakfast which I was told by the morning receptionist they don't offer. On the second day I asked the manager and was told that breakfast is served from 8:00am to 10:00am in their other branch, meaning I have to walk a couple of kilometers just for breakfast. Third, the toilet was obviously newly renovated which was a good thing if only they had cleaned out the debris from the renovation. When booking in this hotel, be patient with some of the staff as they have a hard time speaking and...
Read morePlease don’t believe what property owner’s have published in websites. It’s absolutely fake. The real status of this property is in unbelievably bad shape.Room conditions, toilets, hot water, bed linen, etc.......|| If you are planning to make a reservation it’s waste of your money and definitely spoil your trip. ||The reception Staff is not helpful at all and you have to keep on reminding them to provide basic stuff like water bottles, cloth hangers, kettle etc. ( Two occasions they have ran-out of drinking water bottles and when we reminded they have brought them from near by shop. That’s shows their planning capabilities!!!) ||Further, this property chain has an other property in “Bukith Bintang”. That’s worse than this one. ||Please avoid these two-properties in KL! ||Actual front view of “Bukith Bintang” property attached for your...
