Stayed at this hotel 2 times, each for 2 nights
Location (9/10) • Easy public transportation access, near KL Monorel Imbi station, walking distance less than 5 minutes • Near Bukit Bintang, walking distance. It’s very near (1 alley away) but the traffic is very not crowded compared to Bukit Bintang • Near Alor Street, walking distance • There’s 3 convenience story nearby, including 7E
Room (8.5/10) We ordered family room (2 king size bed). • Bed is spacious for 2 person • Air conditioning (for room 1011 works fine, very cold. For room 9011 a little bit hot at noon but quite cold at night.) • The room is quite big, we brought 4 lugage with us and the space is still spacious • If you’re from abroad, please bring universal adaptor to charge. • At the first 2 night we thought that the hot water not working, turns out there’s hot water switch outside the bathroom • Oh and for other reviews that complaining about the water jet, i just know too that most water jet in Malaysia shapes like that🤣
Cleanliness (7/10) • For the first 2 nights we stayed at room 1011. For our 2nd visit, the hotel firstly gave us room 7011, but it smells like socks so we change to 9011 and the room is fine. • The floor is carpeted, it just felt disgusting as the hotel do not provide sandals. • They will clean your room once at noon and gave you 500ml water for each person • The bed and bathroom is spotless
Amenities (8/10) • There’s gym, I didn’t go to the gym tho. • WiFi is available, but it’s faster to use my own data. • Toileteries: shower gel, shower cap, sanitaries bag, soap bar is available. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste • Kettle and fridge is available
Service (8/10) • The check in and check out is very fast • The front desk is friendly and helpful, we ask for small change exchange and they willing to help to exchange. • For hotel that not really that cheap (IDR750.000/night) i wish they could bring our lugage up to our room. I don’t expect lavish service since the hotel is not that expensive, but it is not a budget hotel, so i hope the service could be improved.
Overall we love our experience here. Just hope that they can improve the service and ditch the old rug from the room (Please!)
Oh and the lobby smells so nice, please tell me what perfume they use if some...
Read moreChecked in to the hotel and when we get to the Restaurant for breakfast, there was a tall fare lady with glasses at the restaurant entrance ( probably a hostess) who was very rude and questioned us “ have you paid and come “? Which was a surprise to us ! This brought us the hint that here staff are unaware of hospitality or they are been rude to spoil the name of the hotel and management!! Even at home if someone comes we do a basic greeting with smile which they purposely ignored or misbehaved to chase us away! And then I explained we understand that no eligibility of breakfast for today as we just checked in but we want to pay and have meals , the answer was “ Go down to reception d come” . Shouldn’t that we have meals first and post the bill to the room ? Or some other way of politeness expect from a hotel staff who are been paid to provide hospitality services ? Or she was the owner of this hotel ? With that curiosity we paid to the reception and came with the invoice d been allowed. Obviously there was no one to serve even water and when requested she showed me up there are two pots and tea cup or juice glass to use for water ! I served water by my self and brought which then I saw the previous lady was gossiping with a pregnant lady in black burka ( kitchen staff) sarcastic way watching at us ! I been a Manager of a hotel felt so sad about the management as this could be worse thing could happen to loose business. |If your staff not having basic hospitality, better you not to have them rather push notice “ self service “ like on a street boutiques so that guest will be aware and ready for that . |Long way to go but management presence and observation needed .|Good variety was not something they heard of and it was 3-4 South Indian items .|We felt like mistakenly visited an enemy house till I leave the restaurant.|Bell man Samu, receptionist and room boy along with maintenance Bhanuka was on the other end having a fantastic smile and...

The hotel’s central location is one of its biggest advantages, placing you within walking distance of popular shopping malls like Pavilion KL, Lot 10, and the famous Jalan Alor street food market. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, the area’s accessibility to public transport, including the monorail and MRT, makes getting around easy and convenient.
The hotel itself boasts modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. The beds are plush, offering a restful sleep after a day of exploring, and many rooms offer stunning city views. Amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool elevate the overall experience, making it suitable for both solo travelers and families. If you upgrade to a suite, you’ll enjoy more spacious accommodations and extra perks like a private lounge.
The breakfast buffet is varied, with a mix of local and international dishes, catering to different tastes. While the quality of food is decent, it may lack some of the distinct flavors you’ll find in nearby eateries, but it's convenient for a quick start to the day. Service is attentive, and staff members are friendly, always ready to help with recommendations or requests.
However, during peak travel times, the hotel lobby and elevators can get crowded, and the wait times may be a bit longer. Additionally, because of the hotel’s prime location in Bukit Bintang, expect some noise from the bustling streets below, especially at night.
Overall, this hotel in Bukit Bintang provides great value for those looking to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s shopping and entertainment district. It’s a solid choice for visitors wanting to explore the city with comfort and...
