This was a truly terrible and frustrating dining experience. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

First of all, the ingredients were clearly not fresh. The meat had a strange smell, the vegetables were wilted and yellowing — obviously not freshly prepared. Even the soup base had an odd taste, also the prawn looks 100% un-fresh still serve for customer, likely due to the poor quality of the ingredients. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

Secondly, the service was practically nonexistent. From the moment we walked in until we left, the staff showed zero initiative. We had to call them multiple times just to get basic things like refills or plates, and most of the time we were completely ignored. The staff acted as if we were bothering them.

What’s even more ridiculous is that they charged a 10% service fee for absolutely no service at all. No explanation, no apology — just an added charge that feels like a slap in the face.

To make matters worse, when we tried to raise our concerns, the staff responded with impatience and attitude, showing zero interest in addressing the issues. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

I went ham here and ordered a ton of stuff, not realizing how generous the portions are. I ate it all, so no regrets, but be mindful of the portions. You can always order more, but you can't un-order things.

Everything was absolutely fantastic and it's no wonder why this place has lines out the door in the evening. I went around noon and had the place to myself. If you want to try it and don't like waiting in line, simply come for lunch.

It is possible to eat here as a vegetarian. Unfortunately, they didn't have the mushroom base I was hoping for, but they have a water and a chili oil base that is plant based, and then you can season how you would like it with the bar of condiments and other seasonings. They gave a ton of great veggie options.

Absolutely amazing hotpot experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive. The broth selection was rich and flavorful — every sip felt perfectly balanced. The dipping sauces were a highlight, with plenty of choices to customize each bite.

What really stood out was the attention to detail — the staff checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive, and everything was clean and well-prepared. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both friends and family gatherings.
