This property doesn't allow airbnb or short term rental. Therefore if you have booked here then you will need to stop at the apartment next to this which is Idaman Residence. Howevet, fear not as the host will actually provide a transportation to the car park where you can later access to your unit via the lift. The best part is even you and your family came in different timing for check in they can assist. The host is very responsive anytime whether its day or night. The unit access card can automatically detect which floor you are heading to which makes it very convenient. Location wise its walking distance to KLCC. The best part is Envi Skydining is just opposite of the building where you can have a nice dining view with your family.The apartment has washing machine with dryer, water dispenser with heater, ironing board and steam iron, netflix and wifi. Only for those who loves to swim will find it a turndown as swimming pool is not accessible due to it was not included in the serviceMy only concern is only on the smell emits from the sofa in the unit the moment you enter the unit. It has moldy smell but other than that the unit is very clean and comfortable. My family and I spent most of the time outside the unit and we are not bothered by that. Another thing to take note, grab are usually not allowed to be inside so if you take Grab you might need to walk down to the security entrance. Overall, we will come back for second time. Cheers...

We recently stayed in a three-bedroom apartment booked through Trip.com. While the overall experience was mixed, there were some notable positives and negatives.Pros:- Affordability: The apartment was very affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for families with kids.- Convenience:The location was convenient, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities.Cons:-View Discrepancy: We were expecting a full KLCC view from the master bedroom, including both towers. Unfortunately, we could only see one tower, which was a bit disappointing.- Room Issues: The rooms were generally good, but the bed in the master bedroom was broken, leading to an uncomfortable sleep. Additionally, the noise levels were quite high, which disturbed our rest.- Amenities: The water filter with hot and cold options worked only on the first day. From the second day onwards, it stopped functioning, which was inconvenient.- Lift Wait Time: The waiting time for the lift was terrible, adding unnecessary delays to our plans.Overall, the apartment offers good value for money and is a convenient choice for families. To be honest my family and I are not very happy with the entire process and experience staying at this accommodation. Let’s start from the beginning when we arrived we needed to meet the agent in order for them to hand over the room key but there isn’t a dedicated spot for the handover it was just alongside the road and unfortunately on that day we were checking in it was raining so it made things super uncomfortable for us having to wait in the rain for the agent. Once we got our room key we needed to park all the way up on the 8th floor of the carpark as all other floors are unavailable. Upon entering the room the entire vibe is just not very pleasant, some furniture were broken such as the shoe rack and the coffee table were defective, the ceiling in the toilet was mouldy and the paint on the walls were scuffed and marked. Location wise this accommodation is good if you intend to walk around on foot but if you are looking to drive it is rather inconvenient.
