I recently had the pleasure of staying at your fantastic property, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, the prime location, and the memorable moments that made my stay truly remarkable.

First and foremost, the location of the W Hotel Kuala Lumpur is nothing short of excellent. Being within walking distance of the iconic KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre) allowed me to easily explore this vibrant city's attractions and enjoy the stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers from the room, pool, and more! It was a perfect starting point for my adventures in Kuala Lumpur.

One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable service provided by W hotel Kuala lumpur. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I was delighted to experience the warm and welcoming recognition. The inclusion of breakfast and WIP access (W doesn't have a lounge but the replacement is at a bar between 6-7:30pm), which offered two drinks and a plate of appetizers, added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. W hotel Kuala lumpur team's dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience truly set the hotel apart.

While there was a slight miscommunication regarding connecting rooms during my stay, I must commend Sean, W Kuala Lumpur Hotel's Welcome Manager for his excellent service recovery. He went above and beyond to accommodate my request for side-by-side rooms, resolving the issue swiftly and efficiently. It was a testament to his commitment to guest satisfaction.

One area of improvement I'd like to suggest is to inform guests, either during the booking process or after, about any potential events or road closures in the vicinity. Although I personally wasn't affected by any road closures during my stay, it's an essential consideration for guests who may need to catch a flight during such closures such as the standard charter marathon. This proactive communication would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sean, who took exceptional care of my family and made our stay truly memorable. His attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed. Additionally, I'd like to mention Jania, who looked after guests at the poolside and captured amazing moments through his photography skills. Saw many very happy guests at the pool area as well (Pro Tip: Go for a swim and you will be rewarded with a nice refreshing drink!). The passion and professionalism of your staff contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend all Marriott Bonvoy members to prioritize the W Hotel Kuala Lumpur over many other properties in the city. What a wonderful hotel! Just finished a short stay at the W Kuala Lumpur, and this is one of our favourite W properties that we have visited in a long while! Has to be one of the best hotels in the city and absolutely one of the best choices when looking to book through Marriott Bonvoy!||Pool area is incredible!! Amazing view of Petronas towers and skyline! Great service and seating options to have lunch or late snacks by the pool as well, and typical W vibe with cool design everywhere, decent music and great atmosphere. ||The staff was so so special! It was the highlight of our stay! Everyone was kind and always trying to ensure we were happy, in the most genuine way. Smiles everywhere and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our little twin girls were treated with so much love, one afternoon we arrived to our room to find a special W curated gift package waiting for them for a special time by the pool. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he was wished a happy birthday by everyone, they even had a cake for him and special singing at the restaurant on the day we arrived :) Similarily, lots personal touches added to make our stay memorable, and a few minor issues we had were recognized, acknowledged and dealt with rapidly and to our complete satisfaction.||Food was excellent! The breakfast buffet was varied, with high quality and a great mix of western, asian and local cuisines, again paired with excellent service. The local coffee drinks from the made to order menu were so delicious, I kept asking for them during the remainder of our trip to Malaysia! |There were two drinks per day offered to elite bonvoy members at the bar. They came with the most delicious appetizers and wonderful presentation and service!||Location is great, very central, close to KLCC and quite walkable for attractions in the local area. About 35 minutes from the airport by taxi, and very easy to get around the city via Grab due to the central location. Room and facilities were outstanding, modern room design with great views of the Petronas Towers and the city!||Particular recognition deserved for nuno abreu and raaia, who were so kind and professional and always made a point to ask us how our trip was going and offer local recommendations! Raaia asked us about our next stop during our trip and to our surprise, a card and treats from|The W Kuala Lumpur were waiting for us on arrival at the St Regis Langwaki. The hotel also offers an exclusive Suhoor service during Ramadan, which was amazing—a well-curated menu designed for a fulfilling pre-dawn meal.

Wet Deck – The Ultimate Poolside Experience W Kuala Lumpur’s Wet Deck is hands down the best pool with Twin Towers views in the city. It’s not just a pool—it’s a vibrant social hub where the energy is electrifying. I had an incredible time enjoying cocktails, a private mixology session with the bartender, and even crafting my own signature alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

As the sun set, the atmosphere transformed into something that felt straight out of Bali—laidback yet lively, with a DJ spinning perfect sunset tunes. It’s a must-visit spot, whether you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping by for drinks.
