Stayed in the Studio Apartments for 5 nights during the MotoGP. After reading all the reviews on Tripadvisor i had pretty low expectations going in. ||||First impressions where not great, the lobby is a small room with a few lounge suites lacking a reception desk. Its quite literally apartments, people live here and there was much confusion because the hotel is actually 2 hotels in 1 building, the other hotel has a real entrance and looked to be in better condition.||||The rooms where quite spacious and had everything i expected, the air-conditioning was overkill but appreciated. Included in the rooms we had a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, safe, sitting room, toilet, shower, washing machine, Queen size bed and TV.||||The bed was quite conformable if not a bit thin and the shower was hot. The rooms where cleaned each day but everything was a bit run down. The walls need painting everywhere and the furniture in each room was completely random. ||||The internet was 2MB down .3MB up, each room had an access point and seemed usable. The hotel is situated across the road from Berjaya Times Square which is connected to the closest monorail line Imbi.||||For $193 Ringgit per night i would...

The bedsheet and towel doesnt look clean either .Worse part was my daughters found cockroaches in their room crawling alive. My dad also found tiny coackroches around the toilet area. I never gave such worse comment. This was the worst place i have stayed. I am a OCD person and definitely, cleanliness falls into my consideration when choosing a hotel or apartment. Not sure why it was rated as 4 stars rating. Go for a better apartment in KL if is within your...
