Absolute nightmare at Check-In, unsatisfactory cleanliness, and Broken Air Conditioning to top it off. I arrived during eveing and was told to pay a deposit. For some bizarre reason they declined putting surcharges on my credit card like most hotels do and asked for cash only. Since all currency exchange places were closed, I offered to pay the 50 in Singapore dollars or Euros which is a lot more than 50 RM. The reception refused and counter offered to change that money with a ridiculous currency exchange rate that was obviously favorable to them which was a total rip-off. Since it was for deposit purposes, I suggested once again paying 50Euros and have that exact note returned to us, they rudely said it was a serious violation of hotel policy. Even worse, I clearly heard staff muttering Malay curses right in front of me, thinking I wouldn’t understand. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright disrespectful. I waited nearly two hours just to check in because they also refused to accept Touch & Go transfer as well. In the end his mamager let us go after wasting both our mood and 2 hours of our precious time standing out, the room provided was filthy, with mold covering the bathroom. To make matters worse the air conditioning was broken and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, making the room unbearably hot. The whole experience was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Overall a very good choice in the area, price is cheap at MYR 110/night during Hari Raya, we choose it because of the car park, you can’t get much options when you need a hotel with car park in KL.Room is big and car park rated RM 5/entry if you are the hotel guest. What need to be improved as below: (1) the Chinese service crew at the reception counter, their speed could improve, this is the slowest check in progress we ever countered before, took us 10 minutes (2) the bathroom facility is not clean, refer photos below. Other things all great and carpet/bedsheet/towel all clean.

The hotel location is the best and they have refreshed the hotel from the previous management.. Reception staff Sharimah is very welcoming and helpful during my visit. Great asset for the company to have a staff member 👍like her!! My room on the 12th floor is spacious, comfortable, and has a nice view. All the basic amenities in the rooms are working well! Tea and coffee making made available with 2 bottles of drinking water is a nice personal touch. Overall, I had a good overnight rest; I would book again Thanks for the great service 😀

I stayed in Kuala Lumpur for 1 night and I made the mistake of booking a room in this hotel. I checked in around 5pm and when I entered the room (501) I realised it was a smoking room, everything was grey and smelt of stale smoke. Because my friend was waiting downstairs I had no time nor did I have the energy to raise this issue at the reception so I dropped off my bag and headed to the city to return after midnight. After having a closer look around the room I noticed many other details: the windows had massive gaps between the frame and the window and even the window frame had gaps between the wall. I dont know how the windows dont fall out on the street but maybe thats just a question of time. The curtains were torn and had cigarette burn marks in them and the drapes had massive burn marks. There was one free electrical socket (after unplugging the kettle) but it was at the desk, 4-5m away from the bed so if you want to charge your tablet/phone you cant use it from the bed, you have to sit by the table. There were 2 other sockets behind the TV and the mini fridge both being in use and disgustingly dirty. The table had the paint coming off of it and on the top there were lots of ants. Even though I didn

t have any food there they kept coming out and they would climb on my phone and papers. There were some old, soggy magazines on the table from June 2014 and October 2015. The shower had thick dust on the window ledge and the shower head, the toilet seat hasn

t been attached properly, it was moving to both sides. The shower head also had brown limescale on it. Breakfast was very basic, no milk, no cereal, some of the other food wasnt available by 9:30am so I just had a coffee and some toast but had a proper breakfast later in the city. Checkout is at 12pm but my card opening the door to my room wasnt working by 11:50am so I had to ask the housekeeping on the floor to open the room for me. Overall the hotel would deserve a big zero but the location is fairly good so it pulls up the rating just by a little bit. I wouldn`t recommend staying here, not even for 1 night and especially not...

Manager was nice but this was a disaster.

We first checked in to a standard room, but upon getting there found it was filthy and unhygienic (thick black mould in shower, wads of someone else’s hair in drain, stains on bedding, towels and curtains). We complained at the front desk and the manager Josephine was very friendly and kind, and offered to upgrade us to another room.

We moved to one of the top-floor rooms which appeared much cleaner. However it had more problems: the biggest one being that the bedding caused a major allergic reaction. After one night, I broke out in full-body hives which was incredibly uncomfortable. It took us another day to realise what it was (I thought at first I had eaten something to cause the reaction) at which point I was so itchy and sore I didn’t want to return to the hotel room at all, as I knew it would make the hives worse. We ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel just so I could rest in a clean room.

The top-floor room also needed some major renovations: it was broadly clean, but the toilet hose leaked, the shower took five minutes to heat up, the air conditioning could not be adjusted (and was stuck on a very cold 23 degrees). Worst of all, at certain times the room would fill with the smell of cigarettes - I assume from someone smoking in the nearby stairwell or by the air conditioner.

Overall, although the location was good, I can’t recommend this hotel. I spent my last day in KL covered in red welts...
