One of the WORST hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed. NOT wheelchair friendly as you’ll need to climb a flight of stairs to the Reception. Also a little tricky to find - entrance is a small double-glass door BEHIND the road stalls, and next to a shop selling luggage. You’ll be better off staying at the 5 Elements Hotel (we weren’t able to stay there as they were fully booked) The bed pillows and headboard of Room 302 smelled so horribly of dried drool and other bodily fluids, so bad that I could smell it half a meter away. It was so strong that I slept with my head on the foot of the bed, and definitely did NOT use their pillows. Thankfully the towels smelled a little better, like they went through a hot dryer. Aircon is central airconditioning, with NO controls in the room, so you can’t adjust temperature or speed of the fan. It’s not cold in the room, and precisely at midnight, the air is turned OFF. I checked the vent with my hand (the ceiling is THAT low). No air blowing. The air came back on at 7am. And despite it being a no smoking floor - there was a strong stench of smoke from 10pm onwards that I slept with my mask on (I developed a blocked nose from all that) We were given the room facing the shopping street - pretty exciting during the day, but noisy even after they pack up for the night at 11pm, with shouting and bantering till past midnight. The toilet was cramped - shower and wet the entire bathroom - the toilet bowl, the wash basin …. BUT the water pressure was good, and the hot water was HOT. No other amenities in the room - not even a kettle. Hot water and room temperature water you’ll need to go back to the lobby with the plastic jug provided, and get what you need. No bar fridge either, of course. The only other thing that’s a saving grace l is the Reception Staff - Sunny is friendly and easy-going. But their housekeeping and rooms really need a drastic change (and apparently they the rooms were upgraded in 2022 🙄) I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you can put up with the smelly beds, lack of air conditioning controls and the noise from the Jalan Petaling Night Market. The good thing about this hotel is that you’re right SMACK in the heart of Chinatown so you won’t starve, for sure. Oh if you drive - this hotel does NOT have parking. You’ll have to park at the public carparks - a suggestion - park at the “Parking (next to the Police Station)” Google that to find the exact place - it’s RM11 per day. And about a 7 minute walk to the hotel.

Hotel was just ok and located in Chinatown. The AC is centralised so you cant control the temperature which wasnt comfortable. No room service. They charged us 10 Ringgit per night extra for international guest. This info was not there on any hotel booking site so not sure if this was legitimate. They had printed a order from the malaysian government for this. For two star hotel, they didnt provide any tea/coffee or even water bottles. You need to fill the water yourself. The rooms were clean. You can stay here if you just want to stay for the night

Very friendly staff and nice, clean and confortable rooms. You can find dormitories or private rooms for correct prices. Big space in the receptiob with sofas and computers. This hotel is located in petaling street in the middle of night market, very nice situation.

Don’t stay here! This is not a budget hotel since it costs 20 usd on agoda and in fact it didn’t worth even 5 usd a night. First you come in the lobby with full of cigarettes smell since they do smoke indoor and in room which you can smell cigarettes in room. AC only cold on 3rd floor and it is centralized AC which you can’t control it, AC automatically shut down from around 4am to 8am. When I complained to receptionist about AC (the guy with almost bald head also seems like having mental illness) he didn’t wanna hear and gave me attitude. Next wifi wasn’t stable and slow as hell, I complained then I got answer because there are too many people so that’s it. What kind of hotel are you which can’t provide cold AC 24hrs and stable wifi? Also the building was poor maintenance. Other bad reviews the owner said because it’s a budget (20 usd, smelly, low AC, slow or no wifi with a bunch of...

For approx. 10USD per nite for an entire personal room with attached bath, this is the most cleanest & top budget hotel u can look for. Rooms & toilets are all well maintained & clean.Room is good n spacious, same for bathroom.Hot water is available at reception, drinking water & soft drinks can be purchased at the reception at less than market rate at the reception.Hotel is located on busy(after 2 p.m) Petaling St(China Town).Free GO KL bus stop, dozens on eateries(Hameed's,TEXAS,Mc Donalds etc) & 7/7 shops all within less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.Direct Bus Service(Star Shuttle-Approx 3 USD ) to PUDU SENTRAL & 5 mins walk to the hotel. However due to congested road,if u have lots of luggage or children etc, other better option like CITIN Seacare Pudu can be considered.Reception is very good & always smiling, esp JIMMY.Above all,for a mere 10 USD,U don't expect a...
