AVOID, they have RATS, and they couldn't care less about their guests. Our room was so filthy, that we had to request a new room. There were spit stains on the mirrors, dirty fingerprints all around the wall by the bed, marks on the "clean" sheets and so on. We quickly got another room upon request (maybe too quickly...). The new room was slightly better, although the wall around the window was rotting, and there were sticky stains on the floor with hairs sticking to it. We didn't want to move one more time, so we stayed – so the next day we could discover that they have rats running around in the building. We were in shock, we told the receptionist, who wasn't even surprised, she said "it must be from the diner downstairs” – like it was an explanation. (The workers from the diner were just laughing about it.) We had to check out and go to another place. I spoke to the manager, who claimed he cannot decide on our refund as it wasn't office hours (Friday afternoon). But the next day when I requested a refund through Airbnb, they denied in a second (Saturday night). Joke, the whole place is disgusting.

This hotel located at Chinatown and behind it is Petaling Street. It also near MRT Pasar Seni so easier to move around KL. Also this hotel location is great and center for tourist. The lobby look modern and stylish but not the room. This hotel’s room is outdated and got stain on the linen. The room and toilet also small. The toilet got mould on the wall. And look at the plug socket it were burned and lack of safety. This hotel also provide toileteries, water heater, fridge. If you travel with families please think again this hotel because we need to change the lift 2 times. Need to go to level 2 and then go inside another lift to level 7. Another problem is if you travel by car, parking is not provided for free. You need to park your car at private parking and need to pay. I park at 4 pm on saturday and out at 8am in the morning and were charge for RM 50 so ridiculous

Forgot to take a picture if the room but it is a long walk to your room. you need to take 2 elevators and the lobby going to your room at times smelled like incense. The place is grest though, situated at the center of chinatown. You can just walk around and after you have eaten your fill, return to your room. The people at the front desk were very accomodating and kind. They have water dispenser located at tge 2nd floor. The aircon was warm and felt dusty but the beds were comfortable. One thing to take note if is that the design of the position of the shower is poor. If you use the shower you risk wetting the whole comfort room and at times water may spill out of the comfort room. but aside from that, if you are on a budget and crave street food especially chinese then this is the place for you. So far i havent seen roaches inside our hotel

I am not one to leave bad reviews for business, I think we can all have a bad day and a bad review can be detrimental. However, I feel that it would not be fair for me not to share my experience at this hotel.

The first thing you see upon entering is a sign offering a 'present' for leaving a 5 star review, which unfortunately I have come across before and I do think it skews the business' ratings. My partner and I checked in to the room, the staff member at reception was lovely but we quickly saw that our room had not been cleaned (there were hairs on the floor and bed, crumbs on the surface, marks on the mirror and a significant layer of dust on the shelf). We promptly asked for our room to be cleaned and when two staff members (very quickly to be fair) came in to do so we saw that they were sweeping and wiping the surfaces with a towel. We left to give them time to clean so cannot say for sure what they did but we went back about half an hour after to find that the room hadn't been cleaned properly (still hairs on the floor and a lot of dust). We requested a refund and they sent the money two weeks after.

Also, some of the images I’m seeing on other reviews are very different from the room we had, the hotel is big and it spans across two connected buildings so other rooms may be better, but my experience was not good. Chinatown as a location is great to stay in KL but I would not recommend this place...

The location is good but that’s about it. I booked a Superior queen with window and while the room did look similar it was not as clean. The bedding and pillows had some stains and didn’t smell the freshest. Walls looked a bit dirty including shower tiles needed a nice scrub with a proper cleaning product. The hotel towles were not fresh and clean and because of this I didn’t use them, I used my own travel towels. Even with numerous non smoking signs guests still smoke in rooms and staff won’t do anything about it and since the vents are connected this can be a major inconvenience for non smokers or people with children. The staff offered to spray air fresheners instead of fixing the problem with the room who was smoking even though they knew who was smoking they said they can’t do anything. I think this hotel definitely has potential to be nicer and hopefully whoever reads these comments by guest will try to enhance the property more than it’s appeal from the outside but by ensuring guest have clean spaces and rooms. I see that the hotel won awards in the past and I’m sure if they were dedicated to increasing overall satisfaction from the guest that this hotel would be a better place to enjoy while on vacation. I’m not interested in giving feedback to the hotel itself because I doubt anything will be done but with enough real reviews maybe they will at least try to take better care of their...
