Read moreAbsolutely appalled by their email replies, making assumptions that my children will be causing problems to other guests without even us being there prior to our arrival and not indicating that more than 1 child is not allowed. Just look at one of their emails below just downright insulting, basically just told me that if i bring my kids they will piss other guests off who are more well off from a richer country and we will basically be a nuisance, there's more email replies that was really offensive and downright insulting as well that i can't paste it here, but i've since cancelled my bookings with them without even staying there, and i would advise to go against this place even with high ratings. Being humble and respecting your customers should be key to any hospitality chain, and they've obviously not realised that.

Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.
