Indian Kitchen Langkawi — Restaurant in Kedah

The Indian Kitchen Langkawi rating shown in the review has 4.7 is fake has I noticed the customer service was so bad. When I requested for hot water to drink the foreign staff refused to serve the hot water. I was told they don't have hot water despite they can serve coffee and tea. When I insisted for hot water he took the mineral water bottle and pretended to boil the water from the bottle and brought boiled tap water as though I did not noticed and he poured the position of water from mineral water bottle while closing kitchen door becoz all the kitchen staffs turned and looked at my table when he came serve the table.

Beside that the food (mutton and chicken birayani) we order was prepared much earlier and the meat was tough / hard to bit and taste was flat.

If the staff capable of doing such a thing and what else they are capable of doing in such service line.

And I hope the authority should investigate their cleanliness at the kitchen for the type of attitude of the staff. All the restaurant in Malaysia do serve warm or hot water to their customer what exception do this restaurant has not to serve what the customer wants and...

Recently we had chance to go for Langkawi vacation. For all 5 days we had lunch or dinner in this restaurant. I would like to give my heartfelt appreciations to this restaurant and it's team. If available I could have given 6 stars. On all aspects such as taste, price and services this is one of the best Indian restaurant in Langkawi. Some of the dishes such as paneer butter masala, mushroom masala, biryanis are mind blowing and it's taste is still lingering on my tongue.

What you can expect is best food and in reasonable pricing. Some times you need to wait slightly longer, but after your wait what's comes in front of you worth that waiting period.

By far the best Indian food you can find here on Langkawi! Very authentic and the portions are really big! The food is of really good quality and excellent taste. Palak paneer was tasty prepared and not too spicy, also the butter chicken was excellently prepared. The rice was not dry as well as the naan bread. An all around perfect meal for a social gathering of people. The price is more than justified for the portions. Preparation was quick and serving was completed after a short time. Only thing that was a bit difficult was the communication, which is why we were served the wrong dish. But this again kindly not charged. Can recommend this restaurant without exception.
