Good Food , Nice Environment &beautiful decoration Caffe with UNPLEASANT experience from another Customer!BUT DEFINITELY WILL COMEBACK AGAINT FOR THEIR DELICIOUS FOOD

VICTORIA STATION HOTEL (LOUNGE & RESTAURANT) is situated around the various tourist sites of the state. This hotel is around 1.7 km from Porta De Santiago (A Famosa), 1.8 km from Menara Taming Sari.

💁‍♀️FACT Great place to spend dinner with family or friends, decorate with luxurious furniture (Nordic theme with domination Dark Green & Black colors) creates bold and elegant yet stylish environment, apart from that they have some very instagramable spots and perfect for taking some great pictures.

💁‍♀️UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE ! visit This place @10:00Pm for having dinner the first time!when we arrive few table already occupied with customer that come for having dinner, And we notice there is 3 customer(2men & 1lady) seat exactly near the front screen having a bucket of beer & when we step in they already Start sing karaoke with loud speaker volume ,this lounge has 4 screen and more than 2 speaker in every corner above is hotel room can you imagine how noise and uncomfortable the place become and that really ruin the customer dinner ,but due Raya so difficult to get food so we decide to carry on 1 Staff Lady kindly serve us Menu and we start ordering food,stay for nearly 2 hours when the lounge starting full house with only 1 lady handle all the order and serve all the customer order and yet she still smiling and being humble respect and kudos for the excellent service (5star for this tall lady,staff on duty’s @5May2022), During that 2 hours this 3 customer who keep sing karaoke non stop !!with loud of volume really kill the environment of this place ,even my neighbour who come and visit decide to take away their food and go home because they come with their small kids ,I believe that evening will be unpleasant experience for all the customer who visit this lounge and look like most of them is musafir who visit melaka to celebrate raya during raya public holiday.

dear management please considerate to do something with your karaoke facility because we know the staff lady even politely telling them to slow down but one of them come to the counter bar and increase the volume again,on that point we know staff can’t do anything to avoid that customer angry ,but you have good chef that cook delicious food with generous amount of portions ,good staff with good service and good place that well decorated ,so please create good environment so we can make this lounge be our fav place to hangout ,without worried unpleasant experience like this happen again.

💁‍♀️What we order : Underground Prawn pizza : super worth with the price with generous amount of toping but the pizza crush abit hard .

Cantonese kwetiauw : super large portion ,generous amount of seafood ,delicious taste soooo yummy.

Ice latte : love it,freshly made by super multitask staff lady with their coffee machine.

I personally love this place ,love the food,and the service ,will recommend to any of my friend or...

Don’t eat here if you want to wait an hour for a sandwich. We ate at their restaurant and waited so long even though it wasn’t that busy. We assumed that two other tables had already eaten because they had been waiting for so long, but then their food finally came out and we realized we would be waiting much longer for our food. The coffees we ordered were not good at all.The food was decent and had good portion sizes, but I think anything would have tasted good after waiting...

The free parking advertised is actually misleading as they don't have a private parking area but you are going to be asked find your own parking at the roadside and they will give you a few MBMB parking coupons. It was raining the night that i stayed there. And water was leaking heavily from the window! The hotel even ran out of water so i couldn't shower. Breakfast was a menu of reheated food and 3 in 1 coffee.
