Jetty Suites Apartments — Hotel in Malacca

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment on 21/June/2019 for 2 nights. I'm quite disappointed with the unit (1052) that had assigned to me. This unit was so much rundown compared to my last visit (Dec 2017). Management should look into the maintenance issue, the wall paper was tear off at the living hall and some of the bedroom, window in the toilet also damage. Wifi will disconnect most of the time. Cleanliness not so good too.||||Beside the apartment, the most disappointed me was the payment mode. Before my trip, i wrote an email to Jetty suite to confirm my payment, their staff replied me saying that they had received my payment and payment confirm completed (reason for me to double check with them is because I had experience with Jetty suite that system sent notice saying payment done but their staff still collect money from me during my check-in), so base on their email that my payment had done i did not prepare any extra cash but sad to say that things happened again this time.. the worst thing was upon check-in the staff informed me saying payment done so i no need to do any payment, but during my last day of stay early morning 9am i received a call from their office saying they check through their system and found out that they have not received my payment and request me to make payment upon my check-out. How can such thing happen??? And now i have to check with my bank to make sure there won't be any double charge for my booking.||||Will give a double thoughts in future for my booking on...

We were three adults and 2 young kids. The apartment was convenient in terms of size, location and the pool facilities which, although old and in disrepair, were adequate.||The apartment was fairly well-maintained and inside the cupboards and drawers were clean. The beds and pillows were comfy, linens were stained but freshly washed. The walls were in below-average state of repair, with peeling paper and scribbles.The apartment has obviously been flooded at some point, as there was water damage throughout, but on the upside the bathroom was newly renovated, there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water.||The electrics were rather below average: the ceiling light was broken and hanging from the ceiling rose; the hairdryer had exposed wiring. Also, the flooring is poorly fitted with cracks between the laminate planks, which means it's impossible to clean the floor properly and would have concerned me if my kids were crawling age. It was ok for us though.||The helpful agents were really good with keeping in touch before we arrived and upgraded our room before we arrived. She was prompt to meet us and let us into the property but did not attend check out so I had to pay by cc instead of cash, which was a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world.||Overall, it was ok but having seen the condition of the property and compared to other similar, I do feel that it's rather overpriced...

As the name suggests.. this is an apartment. There is no reception.. no lobby..|They will send you an welcome email giving you details of your allocated room details. Do call them 30mins prior to your arrival so that they will send a personal to wait wait for you at the car park. They will then host you into the apartment. The apartment is clean and spacious with clean bed sheets and towels. Wifi is strong. Floor is clean. and there is plenty of drinking water provided. |However there are of cos some set back that resulting me not giving a full 5 stars.|The toilets will do with some good upgrade.||A simple gesture of some cakes or kuehs may make a more nicer home stay feel.|A home stay away has to feel like a nice home stay with some special memories. ||A recent home stay left some nice fond memories as owners left some home baked cakes as they understand we may be hungry after a day of travelling . They also provided a simple loaf of bread with jam complete with a bottle of milk for a simple stay at home breakfast .|These are little gestures that makes a home stay memorable. | |for check out, you will also have to call them and they will come help you check out and walked...
