Visited the Boat Noodle in Mahkota Parade after some shopping here. The overall ambiance is excellent, pleasant and welcoming. Plenty of seating available as well. Staff is attentive, but the language barrier can be an issue (all the workers are either from Bangladesh or Nepal).

I ordered a few of the sweet and spicy variants of the boat noodles including the must have fried chicken skin which makes the noodle taste better (it's sinful though), Thai garlic chicken wings and the iced tea. Food took about 20 minutes to arrive, considering there are only 1 other occupied table, it was too long. The issue I had was the chicken wings. I ordered the Thai garlic chicken wings and I got the chicken wings without the "crunchy garlic" as promised in the menu card (refer the pictures). I asked back the worker and he just shrugged me off and said that is the garlic chicken wings. And I asked where's the "crunchy garlic" and he just replied it's there. It took me some time to look for the so called "crunchy garlic" and to my dismay, could not find it.

The boat noodles provided a multiple flavour profile of the famous Thai boat noodles you can get in the streets there. But wished there was much more, the amount was minute for the price paid. Not worth it. The iced tea was exorbitant, RM9.30 for a cup. It was a choking experience indeed. A bit pricier from the usual, but wished the service and food quality...

Unpleasant customer experience at Mahkota Parade outlet.

I did provide feedback on thier green tea taste. Coz the taste is different from other store like Boat noodle sunway pyramid or publika. Like the green tea is not fresh.

But the manager and assistant manager at the store were not willing to accept customer feeback and being so defensive and plain rude! They were gossiping among each other when I was eating. Tell them it was rude to talk like that in front of customer, but again they are not willing to accept any feedback nor comments.

Pls train them how to handle customer better, coz they are just plain rude!

No aplogy was given and both of them are continue to be defensive???

Nof sure if this is the quality of managerial position that Boat Noodle trust to handle the store? Like showing bad examples to other junior staff? Pls think again.

Disappointed, wasted my money.

Staff name: Nurul Jannah and Aqilah Day/Date: Saturday, 2nd March...

Came here to eat during my short holiday here. Food was really good and I consumed it really quickly. Portion was small (like other reviews mentioned) but it's good to add on side dishes to eat with your friends and family. Food came very quickly too which was a big change from the reviews.

However, the service was something that we were really disappointed at. Walking into the store, the waiter stood there looking at my family and I, rather than ushering us to our tables. We had to find a table ourselves. She was also very quiet. But strangely said she will take our orders immediately after we sat down, not giving us time to decide what we wanted to eat. She got our order wrong also as we ordered coffee and check milk tea on the order form. We think that she might be a new staff but this shouldn't be the standard of service to...

First time to get my lunch here, they have a menu Rm16.80 with four small bowls and different noodles you can choose.so far so good. Three different staffs served us,the first one apologised us, because he send the wrong menu and tell us to pay a little bit with the menu we didn’t ordered. The second one come and serve us with the menu we ordered and tell us to eat and no need to pay , i am confused, actually the menu is same it’s just the size is different one is big and one is small portion. One person say pay little bit and the other person said no need to paying the food with the wrong order. Cashier not honest she trying to charge everything that’s we didn’t ordered .

I recently dined at boat noodle mahkota melaka,n it was a fantastic experience.the ambiance was inviting and cozy, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The service was attentive and friendly and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The highlight, ofcos was the food… each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavo the mango sticky rice was particularly outstanding. I highly recommend boat noodle mahkota parade melaka to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience, ill definitely be returning soon!cinta bangeeet
