I understood that ALL BUSINESSES wanted to maximise their PROFIT. If you can't keep your customers, how are you people making profits in the long run?

I will NOT buy Mixue in the future. Service with a blank face is acceptable but products has to be damn good but no... The drink is full of ice and I can only get around 6 sips - Ice cream coffee.
