ZUS Coffee @Mahkota Parade — Restaurant in Malacca

Staff is so rude and slow for making a coffee. After i order through app, i went to there wait for my coffee, and i realize only 1 Malay girl is working at 6pm which consider peak hour, and she just keep taking 3-4 order while I'm still waiting for her to make my drink, after taking so long to take order, she went to make other people's food first and 5 minute later, only she start make other people's drink, so i have to wait for 15 minute there while i am the one who other first. When i ask another male barista that came in later for my drink, without any word he just hand sign me to wait and patient and both of them work in bad mood. I think the management of this outlet still need to improve by time management and staff attitude, we go to Zus Coffee to enjoy the wonderful coffee and not a bad service that...

Hello, im one of the regular customer for this outlet since im working at MP too. The beverages were good (walaupun baru baru ni punya latte i beli manis gila potong kaki i dapat). Takpe, i forgive that part. But theres some problem with the staff (Dayang, i guess?? Base on what i heard from other staffs). It’s not a big issue but i feel uncomfortable when i asked something nicely, but the staff didnt give the same energy. Dia boleh buat muka annoyed macam malas layan siap mengeluh tu yang tak tahan sedangkan at that time cuma ada 3 orders sahaja termasuk my order. I work in fnb department too. As far as i know, fnb has 0% tolerant to rude staff. How would you work in fnb department if you cant control your emotion/face reaction in front of your customers? Takmo datang lagi...
