Ipoh Concept Services — Hotel in Perak

I had one night stay with 2 family members of mine. The car park is narrow and limited, you need to be careful to park your car. Check in was rather easy and fast, no deposit was asked. Hotel is equipped with many facilities like gym, swimming pool, KTV and even a cinema. The family room I booked is spacious, you will get enough space to put 3 persons luggages. The bathroom satisfies me the most, there is a bathtub and a standing shower room equipped with 2 in 1 heater, and the water pressure is adjustable yet strong enough. However, the room Aircon swinging function is broken, it just blows in a fixed direction and may not be cooling the farer bed. Ipoh Concept Services is a very basic service apartment that is linked to the Ritz Garden Hotel in Ipoh. The location is in the centre of town, but not exactly where all the famous eateries are - it’s about a 500m-800m walk away. The hotel parking is very narrow and limited, but it’s relatively well lit and safe. The room is well maintained and the water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, although the room is a little dim and more lights would have helped. Although the room is ok, But personally I would say this is the worst Stay at Ipoh. Too Expensive. Initially they said check-out 11am where everywhere the Checkout is at 12pm. The staff informed, check out time can be extended until 1pm and extra charges applicable after 1pm onwards. When we back home to the homestay after church, the room door locked. Had to call the receptionist to open the door. Master bedroom air-conditioning down. Very poor. No additional time was given. Poor...
