Forever Green Restaurant — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Went there twice. First time letting us to wait in the restaurant for more than 30 min and when we ask him he said we r busy preparing for take aways. Dont even bother to serve us asap. We hv walked out with empty stomach. No apologetic message and gesture were shown. Not even a sorry.

Second time.Turned out WORSE.

1. Let us wait more than 35 mins AGAIN. Claiming set lunch will be served first. In the end they r guilty of messed up order number.

2. Food is overcooked with alot pieces of visible black substance in it. I tasted to confirm its abnormal before i ask to change but was told its just the spices they use and they refuse to do anything about it.

3. After awhile, the son of the owner came and took away the overcooked noodle with extremely rude manner. The worst you could imagine.

4. they WASH kitchen and toilet during lunch time while the food were in the kitchen. How did i know? I can smell strong chemical smell from the kitchen even i was sitting outside waiting my food TO BE SERVED.

They used to be good but not now.

CONCLUSION: 1.Bad time management Bad customer service Worst food hygiene

This restaurant has rly good service and great food , the Friend below ? Can I talk about the case..I was there when u was complaining ..... what I understand is the young lady did said the phrase ( SO FAR THERE ARE NO COMMENTS LIKE THIS ) but she did change a new bowl of prawn me and apologised about their mistake . And the case u said was a totally different story ...!!?????

Pls be concerned in ur words ??? .. did she answered u in a proper way or a very rude and irritated way !! !???? You shouldn’t simply accuse someone if she did her responsibility ...

I felt rly bad for her .!! And decided to make the story more clear .... the story u said is totally different from what I see .. Pls think before u leave comments.. because this will effect their reputation ..I am not supporting to not let u leave bad comments but pls think if her attitude is bad..

I’m my opinion , I felt rly bad . To clarify here, I dun support all of u guys to not leave comments but pls leave a true story instead of a fatal...

Was here yesterday. My friend had the black pepper chicken chop with rice and I had the flowery fried Yee mee which was under the “Chef Recommendation”. The chicken chop was fine but you can definitely taste the additional seasoning, I wouldn’t like to assume it’s MSG but it tasted something like that. Not that it’s an issue, it was just way too much.

They mixed up my order and got me something else instead so I had to wait another 10 minutes ish. Also was fine. When the food came, I was extremely disappointed. It was basically just fried Yee mee with sliced carrots, cabbage, mushroom? (I think) and it tasted less than average. The kind of asian food you would get in a train stop in European countries XD it was very underwhelming especially since it’s a “Chef Recommendation”.

Price is less than RM10 but I’d rather eat at the hawker stall if this is the case. For a cheaper price and better taste. Maybe I have yet to taste the other food items that are great and it could simply be a case...
