One of our favorite weekly dining spots has consistently impressed us with its outstanding services, which are indeed tip-top.

This is the Shaaz outlet on the side of Sunway Pyramid. Same row as KFC and Public Bank.

My go-to for mamak sup kambing. May not be the best but not many other places serve mutton soup the way I like it - tender mutton ribs in soup that is not over-spiced. Some shops serve versions overdosed with spices especially turmeric which can be rather unpalatable. No such issue with this Shaaz outlet.

This is part of a chain restaurant. So, not sure if the other sister outlets are equally good.

My favourite part is mutton ribs and that's what I'll request for. They'll kindly oblige whenever available. For RM9, you'd get a bowl of generous serving with a dozen soft and tender ribs where the meat easily slide off the bones.

Teh tarik @ RM2.30 is good too - rich and creamy.

Today 16/5/2018 Myself and my team is your regular customer in shaaz sunway pyramid, today I have been visited your shop , everyday as per practice all my staff would visit your shop too,but today is my really disappointed moment where I oder the rojak sotong with your staff -Rajesh,clearly he don’t understand Malay languages that well and it’s not 1st time I’m meeting him,he answered me that it’s not available,but then I said it’s does available I eat before and the kitchen know to serve it,end when he taking oder he said “I’m working at shaaz and he (Rajesh)is not working here”

That’s is how you serve your customer?no wonder your reviews is damm bad?please educate your people’s to be manner and polite behaviour with talking and serving,educate them what is the product you sell and lastly this is food selling ensure your people’s is able to speak minimum bahasa if they Want to work in Malaysiaku
