From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects the rich Arabic culture. I’ve personally tried the kabsa and mixed grills, and both were absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, and the food is made with fresh ingredients, which makes all the difference.

What stands out even more is the exceptional service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, always ready to offer recommendations or cater to specific dietary needs. I was particularly impressed by how quickly our orders arrived, despite the restaurant being quite busy.

Use to be our favourite arab food restaurant. We come here to eat every month. But today’s experience was the changing point. We arrived to the restaurant n notice a large family having lunch as well. Waited for 5 mins to receive the menu n ordered our food. Then after almost an hour we still didnt get the food. We decide to ask the staff n the blowing point was to knew that our order was not sent to the kitchen at all!!

It just enough. We have been travelling from Pasar Seni today, wake up early for the Merdeka celebration at Dataran Merdeka, walk many2 kilometres. We are hungry and tired and received this kind of treatment. Just too much. The thing is theres not that much customer to begin with. There were 4 staffs working, but no one bother to ask n follow up our orders. Luckily my wife decide to ask, or we might waiting pointlessly for 2 hour++. You were able to attend to an arab customer, provide them blinders some more for his wife. Even attend to the packaging extra food to the large family. No one bother to ask us or other customer for our order?! Sorry but no sorry.

Please improve!!! Or you loose more...

BAN.

I've ordered food from here online through Grab TWICE and yet they forget to pack the sauce and chips. Honestly, I'm paying a hefty amount and this is how they treat me? Utterly unprofessional and disappointing.

Furthermore, I have ate at the restaurant itself a few times. The staff aren't particularly nice nor do they give the friendly/welcoming atmosphere. Also, the restaurant lacks air-conditioning, even the fan isn't good. Not to mention, the decoration is bland.

However, unlike the staff and their customer service (mostly online food service) the food is actually surprisingly nice. The quantity and quality is tasty.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend you to order food from here through Grab, I am unsure about FoodPanda and other's, but they will forget to pack half of your order. Whilst, if you're dining in... Good luck.

I will never order from here again and I'll definitely never recommend anyone...
