Normally I don’t write reviews. But for Banana Go I make an exception. In short, I think it is the best place to eat in Bacalar. Great host and really good food. We had the fish roll with shrimps inside and the chicken roll with mushrooms and cheese inside. Also the ice cream foodtruck next to it is really nice.

Normally I don’t write reviews. But for Banana Go I make an exception. In short, I think it is the best place to eat in Bacalar. Great host and really good food. We had the fish roll with shrimps inside and the chicken roll with mushrooms and cheese inside. Also the ice cream foodtruck next to it is really nice.

The food was good, however the service of the waiter gave it a bad taste. As a tourist in Mexico I try to talk as much Spanish as possible, but when I didn't understand the waiter he just kept repeating it and even became a bit frustrated when I told him I didn't speak Spanish that well. Adding 15% tip to the bill for 3 steps and...

Fantastic time at Banana Go! Absolutely loved the girl who served us she was so sweet and kind serving us in her best English. The style of food served is really innovative and delivered extremely well. We had a chicken roll and a fish roll both were great - we should have had a banana roll which also...
