Khali Hostal Boutique — Hotel in Cancún

We stayed here two night due to the good location near ADO. Communication in English was not possible and we had a misunderstanding with the booking and payment. The communal area and the private king size room were very clean. The shower I have to say, was absolutely disgusting, we didn't use it during our stay. There is a small window in the bathroom that faces the hallway and if you close it, there is no ventilation in the room. The mattress was comfortable and we could connect our Netflix to the TV in the room. WiFi was Mostly OK. Our room was located above the entrance and the communal area and it was very, very loud. Even at 1 in the morning, I told guests downstairs to be quiet, but they didn't listen. I had hoped that the staff would say something, but they didn't. I stayed for 4 nights. Excellent location. Near Mercado 28 and Parque de las palaces, which is another night market. The room was clean. I had a private bathroom, which was clean. Water pressure was good. Hot water was hot. AC worked great and the ceiling fan was loud enough to drown out most noise. From regular stays in hostels, I've become accustomed to sleeping with ear plugs. It comes with the territory. If you don't know this shame on you. This was one of the quieter hostels. El lugar es lindo, me quedé 1 mes. La habitación en la cual me quede era una habitación privada cama King. La habitación era espaciosa El wifi almenos en mi habitación era débil , aunque la conexión abajo era mejor.

La atención del personal fue bastante buena Daniela fue muy atenta, siempre a disposición

El señor luis también que siempre fue amable Si te cruzas a Isacc seguro te sirve para darte indicaciones.

Es la primera vez que me quedo en este tipo de hospedaje podría decir que mi experiencia fue bastante buena.

Solo tuve 2 quejas durante mi estadía.

La música , pero eso no me sucedió siempre fue en 2 ocasiones que luego de quejarme se resolvió y nunca sucedió cuando estaba Daniela que creo que es como una encargada o algo así, fue cuando estaban otros empleados

Los espacios comunes son lindos pero todo lo que sucede ahí abajo se escucha arriba..

En 2 ocasiones se pasó los días de limpieza (hay cambio de blanqueria cada 3 días )

(Si pudiera sugerir algo) en las habitaciones privadas almenos , es que pongan algo en las ventanas porque hay 2 opciones ( a oscuras con luz artificial si cierras el black out o abierta pero como la ventana da a todas las habitaciones de enfrente no hay privacidad, ( si sales del baño o cruzan para bajar a los espacios comunes se sienten las miradas jaja podría un film espejado o algo

Si volvería a hospedarme. Es un lugar tranquilo ideal...
