Coffee Time Palapas — Restaurant in Cancún

I do not recommend. I visited 3 times, the first time the food was good and the server was ok.🙂 second time, the coffee was watery and my order arrived first, and 10 min. 😱then exactly 10 min. after my husband's request. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 my husband is not a nice person when he is hungry😅😅😂🆒😎 my husband asked why the delay between orders and they weren't difficult eggs, smoothie, bread, coffee really!!!😠 On the third and final attempt😔 we sat at the table inside, air conditioning with smoke from the kitchen you can't breathe properly,🥴 we went to the table outside. yes there are tables inside and outside. outside there are 3 tables and they were not available.😔 food was not properly made,😬 watery coffee again 🥺and weird eggs, sandwich looked like 🧐it was made by a 13 year old teenager, not a professional. We tried, but unfortunately it was not what we expected.😑 there was a lady sitting at the table outside so i asked her if she was going to leave because she only had a drink on the table so i explained we were sitting inside and there was smoke..... blah blah...😅😅 she replied no she had just arrived. so ok. 🤨We stayed about 30 min. in this place. we left and this lady was with this juice and using the internet. 🙄perhaps it is these types of customers who give the place such good reviews. 😳🤯 I do...

El día de hoy fui con mi esposo al Establecimiento. ¡¡Pésima atención!!

Primero nadie nos recibío (sin tanta importancia) el lugar estaba casi vacío solo había una familia de 3 personas que ya estaba terminando de desayunar. Nos sentamos donde quisimos y cuando la mesera vino a traernos el menú su actitud fue muy mala como si le molestara que estuvieramos ahí al menos eso fue lo que persivi.

Segundo La comida tardo entre 40minutos y 1 hora en estar lista (entendible) lo que me disgusto fue que nunca nadie se acercó a decirnos si había algún retraso o por lo menos para ofrecernos ordenar más bebidas ya que las primeras que ordenamos ya se nos habían terminado.

Tercera Cuando por fin nos llevaron la comida, la mesera nos la llevó de mala gana y al ordenar bebidas extras pues como mencioné anteriormente ya no teníamos, ella se disgusto e incluso me sentí mal por ordenar más. la comida estaba caliente sin embargo no tenía muy buen sabor muy insípido al igual que las bebidas.

Cuarto No recibimos un buen trato, la señorita que nos atendió no fue nada amable y siempre se noto molesta o irritada y únicamente estamos nosotros 2 en el establecimiento pues la familia que estaba ya se habían retirado.

ERamos 2 personas y pagamos al rededor de $700.00 más aparte deje más del 20% de propina como es debido (usualmente dejamos más si recibimos un buen servicio)

Yo también trabajo en atención al cliente y puedo entender que tal vez no era un buen día para los empleados sin embargo ese mal día para ellos arruino mi experiencia en el establecimiento 😔 en ningún momento fuimos groseros. Y lamentablemente mi primera ves en el establecimiento también se convirtió en la última vez que iré y que sobre todo no recomendaré ni a mis amigos, familia o conocidos pues no quiero que tengan la misma mala experiencia que yo tuve.

Espero esta opinión les sirva tanto al establecimiento como a los futuros comensales que quieran visitar este lugar.

I was ok with this place till today,I push the door without knowing that a guy that work there was in the inside trying to do the same. He confronted me very agressive acussing me of pushing the door at him. All this happened early in the morning and the sun was so bright and made it hard for me to see who was behind the door. My first impresión was the he was a costumer and I try to be polite but his agresión towards me continue. Whithin a minute I found out that he works there when he went behind the bar while continuing his agressive posture towards me. I hope the managment takes notes about this person and...
