The location was great, close to many bars and restaurants. The staff were nice, and the rooms were clean and included a safe. I stayed in both a king-size room and a double room. The king-size room was excellent — spacious, with a large bathroom and a proper-sized toilet seat. Wi-Fi worked well in the double room on the 3rd floor but was unreliable in the 4th-floor room. Unfortunately, I had issues with bedbugs in one of the double rooms, which left marks on my legs (I showed a photo to reception). The hotel changed my room, and the replacement was fine. The double room had a very small bathroom, and the tap was awkwardly close to the sink wall, with water coming out in two thin streams. Breakfast was included but very basic (see photo), so I often ordered extra food. From the restaurant, I enjoyed the burger and pasta, but I had a poor experience when ordering room service — the bill included a $30 overcharge. The waiter admitted the mistake but offered only a cola instead of a refund, serving it in a glass rather than a sealed can. After that, I stopped going to the restaurant.

OK, where do I start? I reserved this room of originally for two days, I only booked it because some people that I was traveling with booked at the same hotel. Upon arrival I paid at the Front desk, with a little credit card machine. The staff was very nice the whole day I can’t complain about them, but I can’t complain about the fundamentals of the hotel. I hate to complain. I’ve never done this in all the countries I’ve traveled to this by far had some flaws Once I paid. I received a call to my room that my payment didn’t go through. I checked my bank and the payment was pending the next day. The payment had kicked back so I went back downstairs to repay. I was told the credit card machine didn’t work and I’d have to pay in cash as a traveler you know that most of the time you depend on your credit cards I have several that I had a choice to use all worked all had money in them, especially for business at that point they told me I had to bring in cash. I went across the street. There’s a versatile there at a bank. The room was about $51 US which is a very good price. Great location couldn’t complain about that just to get the money cost me $30 US to get $50 I don’t know about you, but I would say that’s pretty friggin high. I then decided that I had to stay longer. My business was gonna take nine days approximately I then went to the counter once again. The credit card machine didn’t work again. I went across the street got cash came back at that point. The girl at the counter could not speak English. I told her book me until Saturday and I check out Sunday. Unfortunately she had me checking out Saturday so that meant I had to pay an extra day I said no problem, but the rate was much higher than I want to pay credit card machine didn’t work again again I had to go across the street pull out the money and again $30 just to get $70 something dollars, The real puzzler was the restaurant which is about 15 feet across from the counter that you eat your breakfast and that you can eat anything in their machine works perfectly all the time. My question is why couldn’t have just charged there. I’m sure they’re part of the hotel, and if not, they could’ve accepted my money and reimbursed to the hotel shouldn’t be a problem. My feeling is the Hotel likes Kasch when I asked the girl there. What’s wrong with it to get a new unit she said wow yeah the bank this in the bank that I have a business I have a credit card machine. It’s not that hard. I believe that they like to get cash and that’s it on American clients anyways that’s just my opinion because I experienced it The rooms. or OK they’re not soundproof like it states there was tons of noise and all hours of the night kid screaming, and all types of things. There were not blackout drapes in my room. In fact there were no drapes. There was just a white pull down shutter curtain, put in pictures. It definitely shows curtains in front of those the bathroom sitting on the toilet your knees almost hit the wall. It’s very narrow. The soap is almost impossible to get out it does not pump so you have to unscrew it to even use that in the conditioner or soap at all. The television only has Spanish-speaking channels, but yet they have a remote that has Netflix and everything else on. It did not work the card insert when you open the door to activate power did not work. I have to say that the pictures in the front of the hotel are very deceiving unfortunately. Again the staff was very pleasant, but not very helpful when it came to figuring out the money problem they referred me to the manager. Who’s yet has to contact me just be warned if you’re American or anybody else you might wanna have a lot of cash on you because tens that the machine does not work, it happened to a couple of my people I was traveling with also so it wasn’t just me Best scenario order your rooms through a travel service or something else so you can get your money back.this is my opinion and mine only but it wasn’t a pleasant say because of the business aspect of the motel itself. Wi-Fi...

I've stayed in some crappy hotels but Hotel Milan is beyond all that.|I reserved in advance and when I arrived all seemed normal. Until I got in the elevator to go to my room on the top floor. The elevator is very slow, the doors don't always close correctly, and sometimes it stops at the wrong floor.|The room was the smallest I've ever been in, but I'm okay with that. Getting into the room was the problem! The keycard has to be inserted upside down, which I didn't know, so that meant another trip to the lobby to get that remedied. They also told me that sometimes the keycards are affected by the clothes one is wearing! I don’t know how that works but it was very frustrating.|After I got into my room I had to charge my laptop. The only outlet I could find was in the bathroom! Later I did find a plug under the desk, but I had to get down on my hands and Kees to find it. See photos!|There is a door that communicates with an adjoining room. There was a room full of drunken girls in the next room that kept me up well past midnight. There is absolutely no soundproofing between the rooms and the hall doors are so close to each other that whenever someone was opening the door to the next room I thought someone was trying to get into MY room. I didn't get much sleep that night!|The next day I got a different room at the 2nd floor and facing the street, directly above the front desk. It was a larger room which was fine but I came to find out that I couldn't access the WIFI. Back down to the front desk to be told that "Oh, the room I put you in doesn't get good WIFI reception.|The location of Hotel Milan is really good, in the Condessa neighborhood of Roma Norte. Lots of food and drinks in the neighborhood. The Hotel Milan is definitely cheap but it's the worst hotel experience...

Stay away from this toxic hotel.|No a/c only ceiling fan in rooms. It would be nice for front desk agent to provide hotel guests with an extra room key to input into the room always since it's humid and hot in the room.|Hazardous stairways -see video and photo. The stairways are waiting for a drunk hotel guest to have an accident falling down the stairways without having a stair rail for guest protection and safety. Otherwise, hotel guest waiting to sue the hotel as they failed the safety compliance audit.|Ms. Denisse-front desk agent on 2nd of June refused to work with me as a hotel guest as I requested my print out receipt during my stay for my evidence. She stated out of her mouth, they don't do that. Terrible customer service I experienced as traveling the world any other hotel will give the guest their receipt for evidence. Apparently, she is poorly trained by her terrible management. Also, hotel staff when encountering with guest should greet them where I didn't see any of the staff greeting guests as the staff seem very toxic.|Video not working but see photo of the stairs going down each of the 6 floors. This is dangerous and hazardous of hotel not having a stair railing to protect guest safety from having an accident if guest is drunk falling down the stairs hurting their bodies. No hotel safety which is a terrible slap in the face by the...
