Sensit has been a refuge for me - especially as I first moved to Mexico City. No matter what chaos was happening in my personal life, I knew the moment I walked in this studio I’d feel peace. I even started to stay after to work!

Val, the studio owner is like no other person I’ve ever met. She’s shown me that you can create something meaningful for so many people and not have to succumb to the hierarchy of treating her team members like they are less than her. Val welcomes everyone with open arms! It’s truly magical the way she operates the space.

The teachers are all 10/10! Each one having something special to offer.

What I love most about Sensit and Val and Pablo the co-owner of the studio, is that they NEVER make you feel bad or less than for being a foreigner. They don’t take advantage of foreigners either which is refreshing to see.

I absolutely loved my visit to Sensit, I was immediately welcomed by the warm owners and instructors who were very kind and friendly.

I visited twice during my stay in CDMX. Both classes challenging but enjoyable with support from the teachers. I even stayed for a bit after the class to enjoy some refreshments the team had, and shared some lovely conversation. I could sense a beautiful community that Sensit have created - I would recommend Sensit to anybody who is looking for more than an ‘in and out workout’.
