Mansion Havre — Hotel in Mexico City

We booked at the last minute and had trouble finding a place as it was the Grand Prix weekend. ||It is a great location. The rooms are big. ||But there are other options in the same area for a similar price that are far better value and offer more service and facilities. ||It was clearly stated on our reservation that check in was available from 3 pm, and we confirmed that we would be arriving by 3. And we did arrive at 3. We waited... We called any numbers that we could find and got very little response. One time we were told to wait 5 minutes. ||More than an hour and a half later someone arrived at the reception.... ||The rooms furnishings are basic. The bed was not the most comfortable and my pillows were just the stuffing in a pillow case. My friend did not have towels in his room on arrival. ||I had a room overlooking the street. There is a nightclub very nearby. Whilst this is not the fault of the property, it is important to be aware that the music from that nightclub can be very clearly heard from some rooms and I tossed and turned for several nights with the music going until 4 in the morning. ||The safes in our rooms were not working and we were not offered an alternative. ||Our rooms were not cleaned/serviced during our stay and there was no information about how that could happen. Este 24 de junio de 2023 me hospede en este lugar y aquí voy con mi reseña de lo vivido: Honestamente cuando tú vas caminando realmente te cuesta trabajo dar con el lugar porque no tienen mucha señalización. Ya que llegue al hotel NO hubo alguien en recepción que me ayudara a hacer el Check In y salieron aproximadamente 20 minutos después. Llegué aproximadamente a las 12 hr y además que se tardaron en atenderme, me dijeron que el Check In es a las 15 horas motivo por el cual tuve que salirme de nuevo con todo y mis cosas... Además de que en ese momento aún no tenían cuartos desocupados. Ya que regresé a las 15 hr de nuevo no había nadie en recepción y 10 minutos después ya se presentó alguien a atenderme y ya fue en ese momento que me asignaron la habitación, pero yo ya estaba molido por el viaje que tenía que hacer con mi mochila de viaje y todavía cargarla por la ciudad porque aún no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Ya en la habitación los detalles de esta si se ven: viejos, descuidados, el control de la televisión no servía y además los cables del servicio de internet están a la vista dando un aspecto descuidado al lugar. Y para el colmo al momento en que quiero hacer Check Out tampoco había recepcionista, por lo que tuve que dejar la llave del cuarto en el mostrador, rogando que no hicieran algún cargo extra debido a que como ya mencioné no había nadie.

Beneficios.

El primero es la ubicación, pues está en plena zona rosa de la CDMX, No debería serlo pero aceptan el pago con tarjeta. El precio está adecuado con base en lo que ofrece y la ubicación del hotel, por lo que en ese tema...

Nice location...BUT...No one to Greet you. You let yourself in and wait till someone shows up to give you a room key and when our room key didn't work we got in with other people's keys. Very odd management. Stayed 3 nights and never got clean towels and no toilet paper. The shower would flood up around your ankles. Very thin sheets for the cold evenings. It is not a 3.6 star hotel.
