RIAD SAYEDA AL HORA — Hotel in Fez

This place is really beautiful...I think while some people might complain about the acoustics, you have to keep in mind the century in which the building was constructed...still so much original character which makes it such an amazing place to stay. We had Muhammed as our main host and he was absolutely amazing...anything we needed, he accommodated. Very kind and helpful. He would help us carry bags to and from our room and car whether it was luggage or shopping. The rooms were very clean. Upon arrival, your room is scented with a very nice oil burning and it really sets the tone for your stay. The downside would be the shower...again, it's a very old place so sometimes the smell after using it isn't pleasant but if you open the window, it makes a huge difference. The A/C was great and I was very comfortable and felt safe in the riad. We also had Mr. Ahmed and Othmane who were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here for your...

I absolutely fell in love with this riad as soon as the doors opened! Sayeda Al Hora screams luxury and opulence. The rooms are not only extravagantly decorated but they're spacious, comfortable, and clean. Most notably, the grand entrance takes your breath away and your eyes are immediately drawn to the detail in the architecture on the floors, walls, ceiling, and windows. The decor was immaculate, to say the least! Our family was welcomed upon our entrance by the friendly staff that was very attentive to our needs after a long journey. If this is anything like living the royalty life, the owner and staff at Sayeda Al Hora certainly provided that experience for our family. I am very grateful to my tour guide at Fab Fez Tours for booking this riad for us. I look forward to staying here again when I return to Morocco in the near future,...

l really wanna start my review to appreciate mr Ahmed who was very kind professional and proved high level of hospitality,The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend riad sayeda al hora for anyone visiting downtown of fez in Morocco. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to the riad super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
