This is a very basic hotel, as is reflected in the extremely low price, so dont expect lots of facilities. However, the staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean. So if you want a nice quiet place just to sleep in, that is ideally situated right in the heart of the Medina, then i would have no hesitation in recommending it, I was there for 10 days and had no complaints at all. I did notice that the owner is making improvements to the property, so watch this space.|As I say, its just somewhere to sleep right in the heart of the Medina, it doesnt have any restaurant,( one of the reviews on here mentioned a restaurant, but they must have got their hotels mixed up) but a five minute walk will bring you to limitless choices of eating places, and it's only a 10 min walk from the main square of Marrakech so everything is right on your doorstep. I had a lovely double bedroom that I was going to share with my wife but because the court in Rabat had forgotten to send us our marriage certificate, she had to go to a different hotel . That’s Morocco for you . You can buy any amount of drugs anywhere and get your motorcycle stolen at the drop of a hat , but try to share a hotel room with your wife without all the paperwork and the police are there like lightening to throw you in jail .
