I recently spent three unforgettable nights at Peekaboo in Marrakesh, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by Fati, the host who truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home.

The hostel itself is a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. The common areas are beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and intricate designs, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. My room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Marrakesh.

One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace, where I spent many evenings watching the sunset over the city while sipping on freshly brewed mint tea. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and meet fellow travelers.

What truly sets this hostel apart is [Host’s Name]. Their knowledge of Marrakesh is unparalleled, and they are always eager to share tips, recommend hidden gems, and even help arrange tours and activities. Whether it was organizing a day trip to the Agafay desert or suggesting the best local eateries, [Host’s Name] made sure my stay was nothing short of perfect.

Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of fresh, local ingredients that gave me a true taste of Moroccan cuisine. The communal meals were also a great way to connect with other guests and exchange travel stories.

In summary, my stay at [Hostel Name] was a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by [Host’s Name]. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Marrakesh, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to this...

Our stay at Peekaboo was amazing! We stayed for two nights in 4 bedroom girls dorm. The hosts are extremely friendly and chill. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable! There was hot water all the time and we never experienced a queue for the toilet or the shower. There is a sink outside the toilet so it is faster to wash ur teeth and face in the morning and in the evening. There was a kitchen available as well. Fast and good wifi and a lovely rooftop. Keep in mind that the hostel is in the medina and the streets outside are usually busy but nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix. Special thanks to Noura who was extreeeemely helpful. She was there for us whenever we needed something. She responds very fast by text. She gave us advice on the rest of our trip in Marroc and was very helpful even after our stay ! We were extremely grateful 🙏

Airbnb Imane was very helpful. Even though we arrived very late because of our bus, she helped us over text to find her place. There was also a gardan in front of the building who let us in after he asked for our reservation. The appartement was clean and the shower was nice. The bed is very firm but we slept well ! Thanks once again to Imane...

We stayed at Peekaboo Hostel in Marrakech during New Year’s Eve, and for such a busy time, it was an incredibly affordable and pleasant option.

The standout was the owner, who was not only very kind and welcoming but also constantly cleaning and making sure everything was in perfect order. The place was spotless, and it’s clear she takes great pride in keeping it that way. Their cat, Chance, was an absolute sweetheart and added a cozy, homely touch to the stay.

The hostel has a lovely rooftop terrace with great views, which was a nice spot to unwind. While the building is a bit narrow and there’s some noise from other guests, the overall cleanliness and hospitality more than made up for it.

If you’re on a budget and looking for a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained spot in Marrakech, Peekaboo Hostel is definitely worth...

Peekaboo Hostel is a charming little place tucked away in the medina of Marrakesh. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made my stay so enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning, which was such a bonus during the 39-degree heat! The washrooms were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there was even a kitchen facility available if you wanted to cook. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Marrakesh. The only issue I had was the other guest (lady from France) in my room. Other than that it was great.

If you need a space to relax and a break from loud and energy-consuming social hostels, this is THE place in Marrakech. You can enjoy a restful night in one of the cleanest spaces in Marrakech. The owner is very friendly and she helped me with my laundry. Chance the cat is also an absolute gem. Around 20 walk to the centre, but the way is through souks and some museums so not a long, boring walk. Hammam Nilo is just 7 mins away which provides great hammam experience for a cheap price.
