We were warmly greeted by Charaf, who met us by our taxi. The Riad is tucked away a little. He served us tea as we completed the paperwork. He made us feel very comfortable and is very friendly. The room was clean and very traditional in decoration. Later in the day we met Yassin, who took over for the day shift from Charaf. He is also so polite, friendly and gave us lots of information on sights to see. We also ate in the Riad for evening and enjoyed the food. The breakfast is simple and fresh. A suggestion would be to have a menu available, so guests can see what is going to be served or if any choices. The traditional breakfast dishes were nice. Location- Quiet around, which is good. Ideal for exploring the old town. Only at night it would be good if there was an external light on the Riad entrance or a sign, can be hard to find until you get your bearings. The terrace is great. With wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding area.
Our only negative is the experience we had with the Manager, a French lady, who didn’t introduce herself to us, thought it would be ok to scold both Yassin and Charaf in front of us. Both of these guys were so professional and friendly at all times and always busy. We could not understand this. It didn’t just happen once either. It was very disappointing and made us feel very uncomfortable to see and hear this. She really could have been more professional and respectful and dealt with whatever issue away from guests. Although we could not understand what she was saying in French, it was enough for us to feel really bad...

A lovely gentleman picked us up from the airport. We were exhausted after a long wait in the queue. He welcomed us nicely and we felt safe instantly. It was 2 am so the streets were empty, but we got all the assistance and were brought straight to the doors. Another LOVELY gentleman welcomed us! (He was a superstar but we forgot his name as we were really tired.) The room was so unique, clean, and comfortable! In the morning, the manager, Siham, arrived! She reassured us that we were so welcome!Gave as all the info about Marrakesh! In minutes we were able to reach Medina by foot! The breakfast was exceptional! In the evening when we came back from Medina we met MUSTAFA! I could not thank him enough! He is an absolutely amazing person! We wish you all the best MUSTAFA, you are one in a million! He ordered food for us (from the best local kebab shop), and always checked on us! He is a great English speaker! He gave us all the best we could wish for. Best of luck in business! And if any anxious first time tourist is reading this - it's the best place for you!...
Read moreWe stayed at this Riad as a group of six friends, occupying one double room and two twin rooms. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and we had a shared bathroom between two people, which worked well for us. ||||A special mention to Mr. Mustafa, who provided exceptional service during our stay. On our first day, I accidentally left my bag at a restaurant. Despite it being late at night during check-in, Mr. Mustafa went out of his way to walk me to the taxi stand, ensuring I got my bag back by making the journey to the Nomad restaurant. He was always friendly, approachable, and promptly addressed any requests we had.||||Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully served, and we thoroughly enjoyed it each morning. The entire staff, including Yessi and the kitchen team and also again Mr Mustafa , were warm and welcoming, especially during breakfast time.||||I would highly recommend staying at this Riad. It’s conveniently located just off the main road, making it a great base to explore the city. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience! I hope to...
