Riad dar d art, Marrakesh — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

The Riad was a bit difficult to find, we had to ask some people on the street as the entrance is a bit hidden. It is assembled of two separate buildings which wasn’t directly clear from the description online. However, the room that we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, but could need a little makeover, e.g. repainting and removal of some ants in the shower. The pool on the rooftop does not exist. However, the larger pool indoors looks lovely and is deep enough for a swim. The distance to the main areas is perfect and the nights are generally quiet. The breakfast takes place in the common room on the ground floor, making mornings from then on a little noisy. Breakfast was very simple with mainly breads and cakes, healthier options or fruits and yogurt would have been nice. The Riad itself is big and spacious with a modern design. The Riad is absolutely amazing, from comfort to design, which we did fancy a lot. We had the big room for 6 persons and it was very comfortable and spacious. The stuff was really nice, from the cleaning ladies and the cookers to the managers. They even booked a trip for us. Some things that can be improved are the breakfast which was almost the same everyday, with not a lot of variety. Can’t say it wasn’t tasty, but it can be improved. Also, and I don’t know what can be done about it, the building has almost none sound insulation which can be a bit disturbing. You could hear the voices coming from other rooms even if they were speaking normally.

I want put a review here, the staff was terrible, he booked a taxi on Saturday 09th of December 2023, for me to airport, he said the taxi would be there in 20 min, after 50min I told them I was about to miss my flight she lied to me and she was very arrogant, she is pregnant, she told the taxi was waiting for me at the street when I got there the taxi wasn’t there the staff didn’t wanted give back my money they charged 200dh I had to grab a taxi from the streets and the result I lost my flight.
