Pizzeria Sicilia Restaurant — Restaurant in Khomas

I've been coming to this restaurant twice in a month since March this year. I love the food and had a dine in here and there but do takeaways most of the time. Last month (May) I found out that we can make a order via a call and come collect the food when ready, there was this new young lady (Elrine) she was so good on the phone taking orders and would always update me when my orders were done for picking up. Friendly young lady smiling and seems like she knew what she is doing, I must add customer service was top notch from her very professional. However there was this particular day (Monday) I came to the restaurant doing work and out of no where I just heard a male (co-worker) shouting at her very rudely I believe it was the manager or some (Poor girl she must have felt very embarrassed). I ordered beef lasagna and a spaghetti bolognese over the phone for a pick up. I was notified via text message that my food was ready for pick up. I arrived 15 minutes later and got called and notified my food was ready and said I was just about to walk in to the restaurant. I told the waitress what I ordered and paid for my food and had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to receive what I paid for. The lasagna was burnt to the extent that the cheese was stuck to the foil container. The spaghetti bolognese was just horrible. I've bought spaghetti in tin cans at the grocery store that tasted better. Struggled to get hold of the manager. Called the restaurant 3 times and got told that the manager was to busy to talk to me and would call me back. For the astronomical prices they charge this was not worth it. Perfect Italian food restaurant. The quality of the restaurant has been consistent for years. The food is varied and of good quality, the service is professional and charming. The menu is very rich and shows a real knowledge of Italian dishes. The cooks show a real Italian know-how. The restaurant is large, which allows for a comfortable distance from the table neighbours.
