A Perfect Stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk was friendly and professional.

The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the complimentary toiletries to the high-speed Wi-Fi and blackout curtains contributed to a restful stay.

The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, offering a great selection of delicious food at reasonable prices. Breakfast each morning was fresh and filling, with a variety of options for every taste.

The location was also perfect—central to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel hits all the right notes.

This hotel was amazing. Never in all my travels, and I travel extensively, have I ever felt so welcomed. The rooms were clean and charming. There is a real sense of culture within the hotel. The staff was next level and welcomed me as a family member. They offered to assist us with purchasing souvenirs to ensure that we got good prices, they acted as our tour guide when we needed on, and they even used their personal vehicle to assist us to me that mountain flight due to the early departure time. I have made incredible friends within the hotel and they are all members of my social media with whom I remain in contact with. If you are visiting Nepal, I would add this hotel as a destination as it is conveniently located to the World Heritage site and the temple and there is lots of shopping very near. This is definitely the best experience I have ever had...

I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel was a major letdown. The room was dirty and poorly maintained—carpets were stained, and the bathroom smelled musty. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortable.

Staff were mostly indifferent and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. The promised “free Wi-Fi” was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to get any work done.

Noise from nearby construction started early in the morning, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast options were limited and low quality.

Overall, I expected much better for the price. I will not be staying here again or recommending this...
