Hotel Beijing Lu — Hotel in Pokhara

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and half a day and returned from Pokhara on 14th May. We were surprised that they didn't charge us for the extra half day and for bringing my friend (mentioned 1 adult at the time of online booking). I had an amazing experience which I can't ever forget...we saw the Himalaya ranges from my room balcony. Beside that the hotel owner and his wife were very supportive and caring. The room was comfortable and very clean. I liked the bathroom/toilet very much especially the capsule shaped bathing space. They arranged for us Annapurna cable car and Pokhara to Kathmandu night bus ticket. Not only that the hotel owner himself came with me to help get to the bus. We ordered dinner for once and it was very delicious. Just one cons...you will have to walk for at least 7 minutes to reach...

Hotel Beijing Lu, just remember this name for the best hotel in Pokhara. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Pokhara. Will be back to this...

I went there in 2019. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were worn and old looking. The pictures online were taken right when the rooms were decorated but bow they are in poor condition. The bathrooms always smelled of urinal cakes. They charged my credit card, then said it didn't work, then charged another card and I ended up paying twice. It took them several weeks to refund one of the charges and I had to call them repeatedly. But again, the staff was...
