I had the pleasure of experiencing amazing flight with Advance paragliding and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment I made the booking, I was greeted with exceptional customer service. The team was warm, professional, and thoroughly informative, making me feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead.

But what truly elevated my experience was my pilot Sanjeet he was not only a true expert in the art of paragliding but also a calming presence that instantly put me at ease. Sanjeet took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt fully prepared and confident. I could feel the passion and dedication he had for the sport, and that translated into an incredibly smooth, enjoyable, and thrilling flight.

As we soared through the sky, the panoramic views of mountains Pokhara and the Fewa lake were simply breathtaking a sight I will never forget. The sensation of floating effortlessly above such beauty was surreal. The equipment was impeccable, and it was clear that safety was a top priority for the entire team. I truly felt cared for every step of the way.

I also chose to capture the experience with the video package, and the footage was absolutely stunning, allowing me to relive the thrill of the flight and the spectacular views every time I watch it. Every moment was worth it, and the value of the experience far exceeded my expectations.

I recently experienced paragliding and bungee jumping with Advance Paragliding, and I cannot recommend them enough! Their exceptional service, warm hospitality, and professional approach made the entire adventure truly memorable. The team, led by Raushan Dada, is incredibly accommodating and attentive to every need. When I requested a female pilot, they arranged it without hesitation—though I later opted for a male pilot based on their reassurance of greater experience. Their punctuality and smooth transportation to the gliding site further added to the seamless experience.

I was paired with Bijay Dada, a pilot with 15 years of expertise, and it was the best decision! From takeoff to landing, he ensured I felt completely at ease. Our flight reached the highest altitude among all that day, and Bijay Dada kept checking on my comfort while pointing out breathtaking views and sharing their history. The thrilling stunts he performed were the highlight—I loved every second! The smooth takeoff and landing only added to the perfection.

The adrenaline continued with bungee jumping, which was both terrifying and exhilarating. The team maintained a lively, high-energy atmosphere with loud music to ease nerves. They conducted two thorough briefings—one while gearing up and another just before the jump—and double-checked all safety locks. Their professionalism made me feel secure despite the fear!

There was a pickup and drop off from the hotel which was highly appreciated, they guided me to the take off area where I waited and they were always near by. For this part I would recommend the team. However, the negative feedback is based on my experience with the pilot. This was not my first time paragliding (in general) and I was therefore very relaxed, excited and confident. The pilot however was in a rush, he was impolite which made the take off stressful for me. He was very impolite during the flight as well, he turned down my questions, he refused to make a turn to see the Himalayas when I asked him or take a photo while we had them in our view and he refused to make any movement saying it's not allowed. At the same time I was seeing other gliders performing some tricks in the air which my pilot said again it's not allowed. Overall, very stressful experience which I didn't enjoy. It would have been a traumatized experience if this was my first time, luckily it wasn't and I will keep on paragliding. However, it's a shame having pilots who fly without caring about their customer's time. Please take this into consideration when choosing the pilots you work...
