I guess it was the best decision we took to book hotel cordial in Pokhara. Wonderful ambience, neat and clean room, five minutes walk from lakeside market and situated at walking distance from Fewa lake. We reached at 2 am night yet the manager and the staff were there to receive us with smile. Rooms were big enough, toilets were neat and clean. We had problem as our ATMs were not working but thanks to Rahul who sorted out all our problems happily. He arranged for all the adventure activities like ultralight n paragliding at the cheapest possible rates. He suggested us for Mustang and that has just become unforgettable for us. 超級糟糕！11月23日已經訂了12月31日到1月2日的房間，結果今天12月5日居然收到信件說沒有房間，一句話而已也沒有任何解釋為何突然房間不夠，現在日子快到了，大部分飯店有的客滿了，有的價格高到嚇死人，真的害我很頭痛！一顆星給他我也嫌太多！ I just booked 2 triple room from December 31 to January 2 for 2 nights on November 23. Today is December 5 and I got the email that they cancelled my booking because of no vacancy. Even they didn't give me any reason why suddenly no rooms for me. And now I need to search the hotel again and I found most of them are no vacancy or with high price. I'm very not happy with this hotel how they did on me. Only single sentence telling me "Sorry to inform you but we have no rooms for this date" So dear other visitors,think more before you book this hotel because they might cancel your booking accidentally and make you in trouble!
