Hotel New Elia — Hotel in Pokhara

Absolute Best Hotel! We stayed at the Hotel New Elia as a family after a trek in the Annapurna region and it was the PERFECT place to rest and recover. The location is fantastic and close to great restaurant, shops and the lake.

This hotel prides itself on customer service and this was noticeable from texts from the Manager after booking online and after checking in to ensure everything was acceptable. Ram at the front desk was also super friendly and went out of his way to help us. We even got an upgrade to an amazing family Room for all 3 nights.

Cleanliness was top notch, beds were extremely comfortable...best in Nepal from our experience.

The restaurant has an extensive menu of high quality food, which is exactly what you want after eating from the same menu on the trek. Our stay included a free breakfast buffet in the morning, again, with a wide range of foods and drinks. Both adults and kids were very happy with each meal.
