Himalayan Java Coffee — Restaurant in Pokhara

I am quite disappointed with the drink and service provided. I ordered Blueberry Smoothie and Caramel Macchiato.

Let me begin with the Blueberry Smoothie- it was made with the spoiled dairy product, total sour, musty smell. First sip, seconds sip and that was all, couldn’t drink and left the drink. Too sour, we didn’t order dairy lemonade!!! Off taste of the dairy can be easily identified from the smell, what were the staffs doing? They don’t care about the Health of their customers????

Caramel Macchiato, never realized that the caramel macchiato was served like smoothie in Pokhara outlet. Was confused it with the Smoothie.

When complained about the drink no realization of the staff. This is not my first time in Himalayan Java, I would suggest Himalayan Java staff to visit Thamel and Hattisar Himalayan Java Branch and learn from the staff on how to make drinks and how to respond to customers.

Lastly had to pay for the drink which we could not drink and left as it is. Check the camera to confirm.

Hope being Renowned Hospitality Business in Nepal will learn from their mistake.

But for me, would not be visiting this outlet of Himalayan Java...

My girlfriend and I ordered a delicious breakfast, but it turned out to be a surprise. Her vegan caesar salad ended up filled with caterpillars 😅🐛 And my spaghetti bolognese dish ended up with a couple of someone's hairs on it. After contacting the manager, the dishes were replaced.

Don’t be surprised that when you pay, the amount turns out to be more than you expected, this happens because despite the inscription “the price of the dishes already includes tax” on the menu, they still add tax at the checkout on the entire receipt.

Also, when you sit down at the table, the waiter brings you a bottle of water with a glass (even though you didn’t order it) so you can drink, so this water is not free! And with a double markup, this is a restaurant 😅

If you let go of everything written above, then this is a pleasant place with pretty...

Himalayan java in KTM or PKR IS/was-always a favorite place.

All the JAVA in KTM valley is still favorite but in pkr the standard is not as good as Pkr.

The cakes which i ate this year and last year was ok but not like ktm.

Blended mocha which i ordered last week, It smell like phenyl . I think the raw coffee was store next to phenyl or kept to protect from fungus or other external things.

We could not drink it and just wasted that .

Adding to that , the coffee quality had reduced this and last time may be because it was prepared by Barista students .

As i counted , there were minimum 9 Staffs+ students ( can see in photo).

Himalayan Java should control the quality and maintain equally . Else in lakeside and across country there are 1000s of coffee place.

Wasted 600 nrs in pkr himalayan java for that cake and...
