Would have given 5 stars but gave 4 due to a reason. First lets talk about all the good things. Hotel's location is good. No in the main street of lakeside where some people might get disturbed while they rest due to busy area of Lakeside. Its a bit inside the main street of lakeside which is too good. 2,3 minutes walk from main street of lakeside so loved it. We do have parking space available for both cars and bikes. Rooms are awesome. I don't know if all rooms are awesome but the one i stayed was awesome. No complains. No complains in restroom as well. But the window of restroom is directly link the the passage way which some people might find not so good. Swimming pool small yet awesome. Heated water so swimming during winter is also possible. Small gym is also available but due to tight schedule was unable to use the gym. Very good and humble staffs. We were lucky to visit in the best weather of Pokhara so we had breakfast in roof top with the best view of Lake and Mountains breathing the fresh morning air of Pokhara. No complains on food as well. The kitchen staff service was good as well. Roof is one the best places to chill in the hotel. Overally it is good and i would recommend it to others as well.
The 1 thing that i was unhappy about this hotel during MY Personal visit with my friends is the miscommunication we had before staying here and after. I booked this hotel through my brother where he had proper link with the hotel. And even when we checked-in the hotel as well as my brother's linked person had said the rate including breakfast and at the time of check-out they charged us extra for breakfast saying breakfast was not included. Not trying to say if it was expensive with breakfast or cheap without breakfast and stuff. Just saying that my brother's link said the rate including breakfast, my brother and me we both know the staff had said including breakfast at the time of check-in and when we went to check-out, the conversation was different. Just didn't like that. So we paid extra for the breakfast and checked-out. We were 8 pax and they did not even consider some discount when we had that miscommunication during check out.
I went on Friday, was enjoying with friends late night at Irish Pub so was planning to wake up late but there was a construction site in front my room and they started their construction work from 6:30am or 7am approx which ruined my sleep but not complaining about the hotel since it's not their fault, just sharing my experience. Don't even know if it's hotel's construction site or someone else but felt like it was hotel's property since it was too close.
Excluding those incidents, i have no complaints about the hotel...
