Hotel Kaavi — Hotel in Pokhara

Would have rated 6star if I could but I ended up giving 1 star....Except for checkout time everything was great...We were there for 5 days and Each day was beautiful sitting over there...but at the end they accused of tore wall painting part which was from the very first day of entering the room...Tried so hard to convince them but failed and paid 2k fine which we didn't do...and I am here telling the truth to others...If you are there please make sure you video each and every object so that you don't have to regret after ward....Even after having Bad experience at last I still wish best to you dai...But please make sure this doesn't happen to others....Except for this Other moments with them was memorable...I don't know what made him to do so but still has respect for his familiarity nature...Hope you do great...Best...

The location of this hotel is unique. Right by the lake and you can't hear any traffic(only live music at night). It must have been a wonderful hotel when it was new, but now it needs renovation. Maintenance and cleaning service are insufficient. Mainly the bathroom was dirty and moldy, the water didn't drain well from the shower and the toilet leaked. It is not enough to wash only the floor, it is necessary to thoroughly wash everything. Likewise, sitting on the roof was neglected. It's sad because the view is really beautiful. In the room, I appreciate the private balcony with nice seating, smart TV, AC with heating function and hot water. But there is no kettle in the room. However, in its current state, it does not correspond...

On arrival I got to choose between two rooms, which one I liked better, that was so nice! The room was cozy and clean. I also loved the small terrace with chairs. Breakfast was freshly prepared for you - I had breakfast on the rooftop with a great view, but you can also have it in your room. The owner Krishna and his family are very lovely, warm people. The dog and the two kittens were also super cute! At checkout in the morning they even offered to take me to the tourist bus station by scooter :) All in all, I felt very comfortable & I liked the family atmosphere! And the location is unbeatable! Right on the lake close to restaurants, cafés, ATMs, stores and all you need. Will come...
