To be honest, very bad experience. Women at the reception, no manner how to deal with guests. I arrived lakeside pokhara 5am in the morning and booked room for NRs. 1800 for one night as per deal with staff but after short nap and refreshment when I went to the reception for room entry, the women charged me NRs. 1500 upto 12pm and next NRs. 1500 for one night. Total of 3k for one night stay. If someone arrives in the morning time, I suggest you to search for another hotel rather than this. Really disappointed with the rude behavior and extra money...
