There is a restaurant I visited a couple of weeks ago which I awarded a 2 star rating and said it was one place I would never visit again. My heart sank when I arrived at Dulles and saw a supermarket in the building with the same name as that other restaurant. I began to panic about whether Dulles and that other restaurant were owned by the same person. After my time at Dulles I am now 100% certain both restaurants have the same owner.
All the same complaints apply across board. The food portions are so tiny they can barely feed a baby. Ridiculously overpriced. If you are going to charge that much money for such a tiny quantity of food, then you better be sure the taste is the greatest in the world. Well, that is not the case at all. Far from anything special about the taste.
Like the other restaurant they charge you consumption tax even though Lagos State was taken to court years ago and it was found that Lagos State has no right to charge consumption tax on top of VAT. So the restaurant is certainly not paying the consumption tax to Lagos State (since Lagos State has no right to collect) so where is this so called tax going to.
As was the case when I visited the sister restaurant, I walked out of here feeling like I had only eaten a small appetiser and just like with the other restaurant I had to go to Burger King afterwards to eat so that I avoid going to bed feeling hungry.
Certainly won't be going back here to eat.
I must caveat my review by saying I am reviewing this as a place to go and have a good meal. They have different type themes everyday. When I visited it was Karaoke night. I am sure there are many who will love this place because of these different nightly themes. I could not stay for the karaoke because my wife and I were starving and needed to rush to go and get proper food somewhere else. If you want to visit for any of their nightly events I recommend you get a proper meal elsewhere and just get a couple of drinks here. Don't bother eating unless you have a non-existent appetite or have a ton of money...
Read moreHi guys ! After visiting little Paris , I decided to check out Dulles because they’re literally in the same space and owned by the same establishment.
I think it’s such a nice idea to keep two restaurants in a space. Such a way to get people coming ! They did get me. I fell in love with the ambiance of Dulles. It’s so breathtaking ! It’s comfy and I had ginger tea. It was okay. The same issue I had with little Paris when it came to taking time bringing food is the same with Dulles. My steak took almost 45 mins but it was worth the wait. My side of fried rice was sooooo yummy ! Omg I wanted to get more and as a main😂.
I’ll give the customer service a 10! They pay attention to you and never let your glass of water go empty ! Kudos to that
All in all , it’s a good...
Read moreMy favorite thing about this spot is the beautiful and open ambiance, lovely music, interesting art displays and very cautious, professional and knowledgeable staff. Food came out on time and was very delicious also. They served complimentary suya for the Eid celebration, that was a thoughtful touch. Ask for the Dulles special cocktail, it definitely thrills your taste buds. Loved my evening, will definitely visit again. Perfect for group friends or family hangouts. Ample parking space is also available and the location is easily...
