Hospedaje Florentina — Hotel in Iquitos

Nice place to stay for a few days. Bearded man is the best, always greeting us with a big smile, even if we met just minutes before! All the stuff is friendly, not all speak English though.

Center location, two corners from Plaza de Armas. Rooms are big with huge doors. Bathroom is okay, only cold water - which is tepid instead, so no problem. It's warm outside.

Cleaning ladies are working constantly, they even try to kill bugs in the room.

Air-conditioning in the rooms, TV.

Big beds, tables, chairs, cupboards in the rooms.

Next to a main road with crazy traffic, so incredibly noisy at the reception and at the diner.

Nice clean and spacious room. We paid a little more here but you are a block of the main square, you get aircon which is verrryyy nice for hot and humid Iquitos, and a simple breakfast is included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was fantastically warm and sweet. They do washing here, although for us, I think they forgot so we had to go up after a night out to get it off the line before our early morning flight.
